Cost of service is not consistent with value. Disappointing to say the least. AC check was ten minutes. Outside condenser was never looked at. Two stars for showing up.

This company came out to my mother's house to replace a $10 capacitor and charged her $400 for 15 mins of work during normal business hours. I get you have to make $ but price gouging an old lady is disgusting.

Our A/C unit condenser stopped working over 4th of July weekend and Celtic Air was there within a couple of hours after my phone call to them. Zach arrived and proceeded to diagnose and repair problem in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and professional in every aspect of his job. Price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again for and future HVAC matters.

Celtic Air handled my 2t air conditioner and furnace replacement with no issues. They had the best price of 4 contractors, provided a vital coastal rated unit for the beach and seer 16 high efficiency. They are listed as recommended by Atlantic city electric so I was able to qualify for a 30p rebate and 0% loan through Atlantic city electric. Celtic handled all the paperwork and everything was flawless. Very happy to have a new reliable unit that will save money on my elec bill. Jim. Caleb and Esteban did a great job.

Called them at 10 pm on a Tuesday night. Air conditioner was not keeping up with the hot temperature! They were out on Wednesday and found and fixed the problem! The technician was great and very knowledgeable. Gave me a few tips on how to keep my unit running efficiently! Very affordable and quick service! I would recommend to everyone!

seemed great at first came out diagnosed system. told me they needed to order parts and then would be back out Monday tues or weds when parts were in. I told them great I was not done but would turn off security and give them code to get in and do repair. Also told them I would be done in 3 weeks for my only week vacation and want to make sure all good because I had guests sleeping on third floor which was staying at 85 degrees.

they assure me no problem it would be fixed that week. When I did not hear from them I called to find out part not in. They said it would be following week. I was not worried because they assured me it would be in and fixed that week. Again when hearing nothing I called friday and was told not coming in till monday but there manager called and they were assured it would be here monday.

Monday I call to find out will not be in till later in week. We were arriving thurs and I told them not happy but they assured me they would be there friday to fix.
Friday they finally arrived and I told him I turned off unit because it was frozen and i let it defrost so he would not have to wait. He immediately said Oh I forgot to order that part. They had 3 weeks to get all parts. I paid them in advance for complete job of around $2,000.

I told them to find part and get back today. They then said oh I really do not know high Velocity systems but we called someone else in and they saw it is not part just low in refrigerant. We put more refrigerant in and you are good to go, No change in price. Refrigerant is more expensive.

They leave and I have exact same problem. Called another company and they ordered parts and fixed immediately. Totally ridiculous in price and in customer service. No concern and no effort once they screwed up the order and fixing unit. If not familiar with High Velocity system why did you not find out the first time. Why not return the money. Lesson learned do not pay them in advance and I would advise if really need something fixed go elsewhere. They ruined my families only week vacation and did not care about service at all.

Called upon Celtic Air to replace my well's expansion tank and pressure gauge. Leo and Joe were very professional and answered my many questions. While wrapping up, they noticed a leak with my water softener tank. Even though this tank was installed by a different company, they would not leave until it was addressed. Their repair of the water softener was far better than the maintenance provided by the water softener company. I highly recommend Celtic Air to others.

The technician, Nate, thoroughly explained the issue he found in an initial call to us after assessing, repaired it and gave us a second call back to confirm pricing. My AC stopped working on a Sunday morning. Called Celtic Air and they had someone out in a few hours. I highly recommend this company. Any time I have called they have had someone out the same day and had the AC working before they left. Great service.
