Appreciate the quick turnaround and quality of work done. The water is moving and draining much better now.

Turns out, we had several plugged drains in the house and needed them to come out twice to get it all done. So, the reason I'd take off a star is that they didn't fully check all of the water ins and outs before work started, and after the first day of work completed. Because if they did, the second day would not have been needed.

The other thing I'll mention - but not take away another star for - is that they didn't clean the shower bathtub sufficiently to remove the mess made by their snake. Our bathtub was bright white and clean before, and now has a bit of a brown discoloration where the snake residue came up and splattered onto. We are prob going to need to do another round of cleaning to get it back the way it was. In truth, a 5 star service shouldn't need 2+ rounds of cleaning after. That's why I'd keep the rating at 4 stars, but no higher than that. A more critical customer I could understand giving 3 stars (average) at most. Check out the photo, and you be the judge.

But all in all, thanks for the quick service and getting the job done!

As always, our experience with Cellino was extremely positive. We explained our issue and the 2 technicians inspected all of our water connections-whole house water filter, tankless water heater, and the filter for the heater. They recommended replacement of the filters which was accomplished expeditiously. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We needed Sunday assistance after trying to unhook dryer ahead of moving the next day and we're completely unable to disconnect the gas. Called and Shawn was able to get to us within a couple hours, resolve the issue, and had him unhook the washer which would have also ended up being an issue we found out. Worth every penny and really got us out of what would have been a big problem if we couldn't move our very heavy/large 2nd story washer/dryer had they not had availability/l and came so quickly.

I had a super stubborn drain clog in kitchen sink. Husband tried for a week to unclog. I got a quick appointment, communication was excellent. My tech, Chaz, was very friendly and knowledgeable- called when he was on his way, outlined exactly what he'd be doing, upfront cost, and any possible unforseen circumstances. He fixed the clog in no time and price was on point. Thankfully my husband doesn't need to wash dishes in bathroom sink anymore lol. Very good experience - which is refreshing.
