we had a rotted old cast pipe in our basement that needed to be replaced. After getting a second opinion with a camera scope, we had Cellino come in to do the work. scheduling was fast, efficient and easy! Today we had Josiah and Matt come in to tear up our floor and replace the pipe. They were both VERY polite, upfront, respectful!!! They worked all day and remained respectful of our home; covering our floors and even sweeping our front porch and walkway where they had to walk. These two men were absolutely fantastic!! Discovered sewer backup in basement this morning. Cellino sent a technician within 3 hours of my call. Esteban was on time, courteous, personable and professional. He was diligent in his work clearing up the problem in less than 40 min. He answered all my questions instilling confidence that the job was done well.

Our initial reaction was great -- five stars. Then Cellino followed up by offering a free photo inspection of the main line. Great. The photo inspection revealed that there were massive root balls at the end of our sewer that would require $8500 in additional work because the replacement job (by Licata, not Cellino) left some clay tile between the PVC and the main line. I'm not happy about this revelation regarding Licata's work, but, by the way, why did Cellino leave the massive root balls when they cabled out the sewer two months ago?

All I can say is what a wonderful experience it was to work with the technicians from Cellino. They were able to solve the problem (a/c drain backup) without any damage to the walls (units on 3rd floor). They are knowledgeable, professional and most of all some of the nicest people you could work with. Also very reasonably priced. I have now switched my maintenance program to Cellino. Must recommend.

Frank installed a new boiler unit and hot water tank 2 years ago. Now we are having trouble. I want Frank back out. He is the best! 2 appointments to find the issue and still no resolution. This morning woke up to no heat and when a tech came out he couldn't find the reason why. SEND ME FRANK please!

Called to have my furnace checked out for winter. The appointment was made in good time and technicians came as arranged. They were pleasant and knowledgeable, did the work in approximately an hour. They advised me of possible issues and also let me know that paperwork would be provided for me to get a rebate on my gas services. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had this company come out to service my A/C. The tech took the system offline to troubleshoot and determined it needs parts. After he left, the system was no longer working in zones that were working before his visit. When I reached out for follow-up, for the tech to bring the system back to the way it was before he arrived, he basically told me I would have to pay again for his visit or basically wait for the part to arrive; with no estimated date. I asked to speak to a manager and waiting for a reasonable answer besides paying for the same guy who potentially made the initial mistake
