After a bad experience with a big box store, I needed assistance completing the installation of my dishwasher, including reworking undersink plumbing. Cellino offered immediate assistance, and were very up front with cost associated with any work involved. When Joel the technician arrived, he was polite and straightforward. Less than 2 hours later, the dishwasher is installed and everything runs perfectly. I will definitely keep Cellino in mind for the future!

Cellino Plumbing had the task of working with HEAP this year of placing in Air Conditioners. I live in a Senior Complex, and I have HEAP the technician that came in told me to give it a couple of weeks to see if it would cool down my place, well it doesn't, not only that it sounds like it is chewing on ice! I called Cellino and I spoke to a person her name was let's say Jo! As soon as she heard the word HEAP, I became a second-class citizen to her, she told me it wasn't supposed to cool the whole apartment just the room that it is in. And the point of having one is? And the noise I ask? Someone will be out Friday! Time? Between 8 and 4.I am to wait all day for someone to check out a a/c that doesn't cool the whole place? this Jo person was so rude, she just hung up on me, guess she talked to this second-class citizen long enough I would not recommend this company if their staff in the office acts this way. It seems like people nowadays do not understand customer service. She was just rude!

My comment relates to the warrantee on it. The Mfg has a very strong
One covering equipment only--not labor.
CELLINO gives just a 1year labor warrantee, unless a customer signs up for a monthly cost for their service plan (which includes some routine mice visits and a 10% discount on the original purchase.)
In my opinion, given the excellent durability this product offers, and the very generous equipment coverage by the mfg, CELLINO could and shd be more generous with labor coverage
The technicians that did the job was skilled, professional and efficient. The pricing even for a weekend was absolutely ridiculous. $452 to install a gas shut off valve for a dryer is simply exorbitant. It's a $10 part and took the tech 8 minutes start to finish.
Christian C.Extremely Disappointed - Poor Installation and Zero Accountability
I had a brand-new HVAC system installed by Cellino HVAC on Friday, March 28, 2025, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. From day one, there were red flags. The techs burned the new pad while soldering at an excessively high temperature, then had to repress fittings that didn't catch the first time - a major no-no in HVAC work.
Two days later, the system started making an incredibly loud noise, like an explosion or as if a car crashed into my house. I called immediately, and a tech came out Monday, March 31st. Without even pulling out gauges to check the pressure, he guessed there was probably a leak in the lines. Not reassuring at all.
The next day, April 1st, they attempted to vacuum and refill the system with no success. It was then discovered that they had installed the wrong coil - one that was too small for the condenser, causing dangerously high pressure. Carrier confirmed the mistake. They tried to replace it but were told halfway to the supplier that the correct coil wasn't available. The next day (Wednesday), they returned with a new coil and spent the entire day trying to clean the lines with nitrogen and vacuuming - again, with no success.
Thursday, yet another team came and did the exact same thing, still with no resolution. Finally, Friday, April 4th, they reinstalled everything - a new coil, line set, and condenser. That's six full days of me being out of work, and not once did anyone offer a discount, refund, or any kind of compensation for the time and stress.
To top it off, the final install was just sloppy. One tech stripped all the screws on the coil because he couldn't be bothered to align the lid properly and just forced the screws in with a drill. He dented the side of the brand-new coil and bent the plenum completely out of shape with bulges and leaks everywhere. Instead of fixing it with new metal, he just slapped on tape like that was an acceptable solution.
Cellino HVAC's workmanship, communication, and customer care are unacceptable. I regret hiring them at this point. I called the HVAC manager with my concerns especially how they completely destroyed my back yard and wasted 6 days of me working and he could care less and said oh well it's ""Buffalo Weather"". How about if it was installed properly the first time my yard wouldn't he destroyed. He didn't even bother to offer to fix it. I had to call back and speak to some other manager who at least tried to hear me out. I have yet to even receive the new warranty email for the new coil and condenser they installed. Hopefully I get that next week.
If anyone bothers to read this I would appreciate my warranty email, someone to please come level out and reseed my yard and at least try to justify my time spent and the stress this caused me. And actually have someone fix the plenum properly and not just hide it with tape. Not to mention not allow workers to vape in someone's home and cover my stairs and basement with mud
we had a rotted old cast pipe in our basement that needed to be replaced. After getting a second opinion with a camera scope, we had Cellino come in to do the work. scheduling was fast, efficient and easy! Today we had Josiah and Matt come in to tear up our floor and replace the pipe. They were both VERY polite, upfront, respectful!!! They worked all day and remained respectful of our home; covering our floors and even sweeping our front porch and walkway where they had to walk. These two men were absolutely fantastic!! THANK YOU Cellino Plumbing and Josiah and Matt!!
