Celestial Air is very responsive in answering phone calls. They have sufficient insurance to cover most condo association's insurance requirements and can provide Certificate of Insurance to any property management companies expeditiously. I had issues with the heat pump in my condo. It was not cooling and heating properly and the circulating fan would not stop. The air handling unit is in my apartment and the heat pump is on the roof. Many contractors refused to service this unit because it is very difficult to access the heat pump on the roof of a 3 stories building. My heat pump issue was lingering for 6 months and several HVAC contractors came for the service. They were contractors approved by my condo association. I spent over $700 without getting proper resolution. They never fixed the unit properly. I then searched for an other contractor and found Celestial Air from the internet. There are many favorable reviews. Adam and Moo are two of the technicians that are commented in the reviews. I was lucky to have them coming to service my unit. They patiently check the unit thoroughly and found the root cause and resolved my problem. I am very happy with them. They arrived on time and very courteous. They are knowledgeable and listened to my problem carefully. Because of my favorable experience, I had recommended to my condo association to become one of the approved vendor.

This company came to snake out our drains last week because we were having issues with the washing machine and toilet backing up. The problem was fixed for not even a week and they both started backing up again. When I called they told me they could not get anyone until the next day. I told the man on the phone it was an emergency because we could not use our showers or toilets he proceeded to scream at me and tell me he was doing me a favor by sending someone the next day and basically it was not their problem. Would never work with any company they treats customers like this. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could

This business (Celestial Air) is a sham and they're out there cheating customers. I did online search for a plumber to fix my mini multi split heat pump AC/Heat and came across these guys who gave me a nightmare. When they arrived they convinced me to have them replace the entire unit as the problem will arise again if it's fixed. One of them called Eddie and I wonder if that's his real name as they all use adopted and multiple names as they are all palestinians. He sugar mouthed me to agree and had them replace the unit with brand (Gibson) of their recommendation and took my old unit away. They insisted I should pay them cash knowing what they intended to do so I won't be able to dispute it with a charge back by my credit card company if the unit doesn't work. I gave these guys cash of $3500 with 5years warranty on parts and labor and since October 7th 2016, the date they installed the unit it hasn't worked satisfactorily. They came couple of times to fix it but they couldn't and their technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing. They ended up asking me to contact the manufacturer (Gibson) of the unit even though they brought the unit and I never purchased it directly from the manufacturer and beside that I have a receipt indicating 5 years parts and labor from Celestial Air. I called Gibson (manufacturer) and they asked to speak to Celestial Air technician to know what exactly was wrong with the unit, the guy at the office call Mike (adopted name) stated he wasn't a technician and that he will have a technician contact them (Gibson). They provided him with the case # to have a technician contact them and it's almost 2 months now and they haven't contacted the manufacturer. I tried calling them (Celestial Air) multiple times and Mike always give me excuses that they're busy and someone will contact Gibson and to a point I called and someone picked up the phone and I over heard Mike telling him to hang up on me. Currently I have sued Celestial Air and the matter is pending in court waiting for their response or the case will be defaulted if they don't respond. According to a letter I received from the court last week their address on record maybe fake since court documents were undeliverable and they're making effort to serve them the summons. I will be uploading all legal/court correspondent documents here for everyone to see after I review BBB policies if it's allowed. Please I urge everyone out there to stay away from these guys as they're fake and use fake names with fake business information. I'm geared to fight them till the end. Awful. Misdiagnosed a simple AC repair that a different company repaired in 5 minutes during the first visit. Every time I spoke to someone, including the same people, I either got the runaround or a different lie about the supposed part that they were waiting for. Charged $75 for a service call and, when they got tired of my follow ups, said they would refund it but have yet to do. I intend to file suit for violations of the Consumer Fraud Act.

Horrible horrible horrible!! I called Celestial Air and asked them for a quote for snaking the main sewage line from the house to the city line. The guy (name is TJ) quoted me $175 +tax. I agree. After 3 hours of waiting the guy calls me back and says he gave me a wrong price and now it's $375 + tax!!! After 3 hours!!! He said he didn't hear me correctly! If he didn't want to do it he should have told me in the beginning and not wasted my time! I want to give them zero stars and will complain to the BBB.

This is the third air conditioning company I've had to call so far this summer, and I have to say, they will be the ONLY company I'll be using form now on. My central air broke the night before, and with 110 degree weather and a newborn baby at home it was really an emergency to get someone over to take a look at the unit. Someone came before noon, assessed the situation and explained everything to me thoroughly. The repair man was so respectful and courteous of me having a newborn baby and didn't bother me at all or leave any mess. Turned out we needed a whole new condenser unit, and he came out later that same day to replace. I was so appreciate of the timely service, it was amazing! The pricing was beyond fair. Another company quoted me at four times the price Celestial charged me. This will be the only heat/air company I'll be using from now on. Highly recommend!

What a terrible company. Called to have my furnace fixed when it stopped working. They told me that the warranty was no longer applicable and charged me an arm and a leg to fix it. Found out later my furnace had a manufacturer warranty for another 3 years. I would not recommend to use them.

The BEST heating and air conditioning repair company

This company is without a doubt the BEST in their field. Here's why:

1. They'll come to your house at ANY time of the day or night
2. They know EXACTLY what the problem is, and how to fix it in the most efficient and cost-savings manner possible.
3. Their work is flawless. I needed to have my heater fixed, and not only did they fix it and start it blowing again, but it was HOTTER than ever! This of course meant lower electricity bills for me :)
4. They have a great group of employees -- people that manage the company, perform the work, deal with billing issues, etc.

You can't go wrong by calling them for your HVAC needs.

Very very poor service ! I called him in April for my heating fix. He called his workers and finished the job with wiring all over hanging !! Still he didn't finish it well. He made wrong electric connection !! How can u make such basic mistake ! I was keep calling him and he never shows up ! I have been calling and waiting. What a waste of time !!
Finally I am writing his review and I strongly recommend that you must not trust or rely on him.
