Company like to steal money by billing fraudulent claims to the insurance company. To mitigate water damage and mold remediation, they pulled out my entire ceiling and never finished the job. They quit after hounding me for $10,000 which I paid. They damaged my automated shades by applying tape to the material and never took responsibility. I don't believe this company has insurance. When Celco says they are insured, they actually mean that they will submit damages to your insurance company, that they did to your property! Never again will I use these people.

In Response to the Jose owner:

First of all, Celco billed for electric that was used from my home to power their equipment and then had the audacity to bill my insurance company.

Second, the HOA was the party hired you and was supposed to pay for your services. Not me nor my insurance! I never signed anything. This AGREEMENT was made between the HOA and Celco. Not Me!! After weeks of interaction. I then received a surprising bill for over $10,000. I paid the bill. I just received the final invoice from my insurance company, which was an amount much smaller than what I was billed and paid for!

Third, Masterpiece Floors was brought out for an estimate as a referral from Celco. When I never received the estimate I reached out SIX times and heard crickets from Masterpiece Floors and Celco. After one and a half months later, Steve M finally responded: ""My supervisor has informed me we wouldn't be able to take this job due to availability and issues with insurance. We don't want to put you in a spot in which you are forced to sign with us which was mentioned to insurances. You can have a company of your preference and any questions or issues from mitigation they can contact travelers Insurance so they can reach out to us.""

Fourth, The automated shades may have been able to be fixed, as they were slightly water stained. Your idiot employees thought it would be a good idea to apply adhesive tape to our one shade that had NO Damage, to hold up your tenting. Then, when Celco said not to worry that it is covered by insurance, you slip out of the picture and stick me with having to replace the shades on my dime!! The shades were over $14,000. You bet I'm angry!! Why was this not submitted under CELCO Insurance?? CELCO is worse than useless!! See photos of your lovely work!!

When you are stuck in a frustrating situation! Of water damage that is not your own! These kind empathetic people, guide you through the process effortlessly! I really appreciate Emmanuel and all the guys that came to restore my unit! We are done yet, but I'm super happy that I'm working with people that just get it!

My parent's condo was flooded due to a HVAC unit malfunction. The HOA recommended to use Celco, as they had worked on many of the units in the building. The condo had to undergo water mitigation and we hired Celco for the reconstructive phase too. We had the pleasure of working with Jack, he was on top of the project at all times. He was really great liaison between our insurance co and us. We are very pleased with the process and the results.

our hallway needed to be demo'ed for mold remediation. the guys at Celco came and gave an estimate very quickly. and work began soon & it was done within 3-4 days when other company quoted me 2-3 weeks. so so happy with their work and the fast responsiveness. very professional. went above and beyond. would use them again if we need any construction done.

Celco was referred to us by our insurance after getting flooded. We were so anxious about the process and with working with unfamiliar contractors, however Celco held our hands and helped us all throughout the journey! They worked closely with our insurance and made the process seamless.

Jesus, who is our lead contractor, worked closely with us. He called and updated me everyday to make sure my questions are adressed and that all our needs are met. He also helped me select floors, cabinets, etc. He was very patient and kind. It was a pleasure working with him.

Jack who helped us in the initial phase was also awesome. He definitely helped us worry less about the situation. He made sure all our belongings are safe and secure prior to the entire demo process.

I am so grateful for Celco! You guys are all amazing and we can't say thank you enough. We are excited to return home! Thank you very much. Until next project!!
