I've been working with Celco since 2017 and they've consistently done a great job. They're incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to communicating with residents and helping navigate insurance matters. Samuel has been excellent to work with as our main representative but everyone I've interacted with at Celco, including the owner, has always been friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. We've contacted them for water leaks, electrical issues, plumbing, and other building repairs. Anytime we call them out, we know they'll do a great job.

I had a water leak from my refrigerator that destroyed my flooring and kitchen cabinets. I hired Celco to do the construction. From start to finish everything ran incredibly smooth. They worked with my HOA and insurance company concerning any questions they had. They packed my entire condo and moved my belongings to and from my rental. They suggested show rooms for me to look at samples of flooring and cabinetry while keeping me within my budget. Jesus, my project manager was always available to answer my questions or any concerns I had. My new floors and kitchen look polished and beautiful. Super professional company that does amazing work.

Jorge went above and beyond identifying the source of a recent plumbing noise which was diagnosed as coming from a pressure valve. He ordered the part and thankfully got the repair done quickly. We had a flood in our second-floor bathroom which spilled down to our first-floor. I am recovering from mold toxicity from a previous situation, so I knew we had to have a water mitigation service company come out right away. Celco came highly recommended from other companies and friends I trusted. Roger and Gary quickly mitigated the water damage and remediated the mold. Gary handled my home with compassion and great care. He is a ""heart-working"" professional. Because they are a full service company,they were able to handle all aspects of the job quickly and completely.
I highly recommend Celco, especially if you are mold-sensitive. They get the job done!
