I needed someone to service our oil burning furnace. Our oil company had given us contact info for a contractor they used. After he came by to look at the issue, he had promised to get in touch with numbers as he had stated that he would estimate the job at $7-800. This was just before Christmas. Now we're nearing the end of January and, after several follow up attempts, I still have not heard back. So, I started calling around. After leaving messages for 4 other heating and plumbing companies, I called Ceil and spoke with Dawn. She mentioned that they usually didn't service units they themselves had not installed but that she would check with a technician and get back to me. I heard back from her within a couple of hours and she had a technician at my home within an hour. Once they observed the issue, he indicated that he could have it fixed within an hour and for a a much more reasonable price than we had received previously. They were professional and pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service.

We had a leaking Kohler kitchen faucet. It was a seldom used unit on an island. We read prior reviews that were all very positive, so we made an appointment for about two weeks later. The receptionist, Daune, was very helpful and scheduled us. Not long after, Daune called back and set an earlier date. Soon after we saw the Ceil Maintenace personnel visiting a neighbor's house, so I stopped by to introduce myself and brief them on our not urgent appointment. Well Nate and Joe finished at our neighbor's and came over. They fixed our problem promptly and thoroughly. Their response and performance were beyond exceptional!!

During a new washer installation, water started spraying everywhere -- we needed immediate help, and John from Ceil Plumbing came to the rescue. He had parts available to immediately repair three out of four plumbing problems in the house, and he'll be returning to replace the shutoff valve for the washer when the part arrives. He explained the problems, showed how the broken parts compared to the new ones, explained our options. We had been waiting for an appointment with a different plumber who told us they'd be able to come in two to three weeks for some faucet and shower repairs in a newly-purchased house -- and were unable to get help from them any sooner when we had the washer emergency. But Ceil Plumbing was willing to fit us in when we called for help. John and his apprentice arrived within an hour to help with the washer, then proceeded to fix all the other plumbing problems that had been waiting for help. John was knowledgeable, the charges were reasonable and he solved leaks in the kitchen and shower without the need for expensive fixture replacements.

We are beyond impressed with this company and especially Brian. During this horrible winter; we came to our home to find the boiler not working, the pipes frozen, and were faced with a very bad unsetteling situation of uncertainty and dread. After calling our service company (with no response) Ceil (Brian) called us back within 15 minutes and came quickly; Brian diagnosed the problem, gave us our options, and even though it was a stressful situation ... calmed us down.
