These guys are amazing from my experiences with them. J.R. and his crew have done an excellent job. I've used them twice in the last year, and they've gone out of their way to fix the issue without charging and arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done. I'm glad I finally found a solid and dependable plumbing company, and I'll be using them for any future issues.

We used CP Plumbing and everything went real well. The technician that came out was professional, nice, identified the problem with both toilets and was in and out in about an hour and half. We will use their services again if we need to.

Had some minor work done on the toilets and everything was excellent. From setting up the appointment, to the confirmation and Bill coming out and working, it was all oustanding. While installing a water softener I was surprised to find out that the shut-off valve in the garage also connected to the two outside hose faucets.... it's bad to have these running soft water. I called Cedar Park plumbing to re-do the plumbing to connect these faucets to hard water. I was expecting a nightmare trying to get someone to actually call me back and work in my attic, but Bill gave me a reasonable quote and did all the work in a very short period of time. I highly recommend Cedar Park plumbing.

I had an appointment on Tuesday to check on a leaking pipe in my yard. The plumber said to expose the leak and he'd be back on Thursday at 10:00 to fix it. On Thursday at 8:30, I got a call saying they couldn't make it and that the soonest they could be there is next Wednesday! Next Wednesday! Seriously? After they stood me up they weren't interested in making it right. We've been unable to turn our water on for several days and now I'm stuck trying to scramble to find another plumber. Do not call them. Do not call them. Do not call them.

Dear Cedar Park Plumbing,

On 6/17/13, Bill Kelley came to our house to repair a toilet leak. While here, I also asked him to install a replacement sink for the guest bathroom because the sink had three bad cracks in it. Bill didn't even break a stride. He fixed the leaking toilet and installed the new sink.
Bill was so professional and worked so quickly that the bill was well within our meager budget. I could not have asked for a better plumber. I expect I will be calling Cedar Park Plumbing for any and all future jobs that need doing around the house.

All my drains and toilets clogged this evening. Cedar Park Plumbing came referred to me by usual plumber who was unable to help me himself. Bill arrived within an hour, unclogged the pipe, cut out the roots in the pipe and had me back in business very quickly. He didn't even mind me hanging around and asking questions.

After he was done we discussed the pipe repair that needs to be done, what the possible scenarios are (patching the pipe or replacing the whole thing). I should get the bid on that tomorrow.

Friendly staff and a good experience. Would use again.

We experienced a water leak Friday afternoon in the home we are currently renting. We notified our landlord and he said that Cedar Park Plumbing would be coming out Saturday between 10 & 12.

My wife and I adjusted our schedules that day to wait...and that's exactly what we did.

11:00 Called and left message to confirm service call.
My call was returned shortly thereafter to say the tech was running late; plan around 1:00. We were "next in line."

2:00 No tech; no call. I called back.
Again, shortly thereafter a call back said that they'd call the tech and call me back.

4:00 I called and left yet another message.
20 or so minutes later, the dispatch called back apologizing and that we'd be next on the list.

During this call, the service technician called on the other line (which I didn't recognize the number and I didn't take the call). I finished with dispatch and checked my voice mail 20 minutes later. It was the tech...UGH.

I called him back and he said that he'd already been deployed to another call. I was beyond frustrated.

I cannot tell you how good they are technically because they're business operations are quite simply, a joke. No amount of apologies or calling me attempting to reschedule for Sunday.

I can understand that they may have been busy due to the recent weather we have had. Their lack of timely and realistic expectations and ZERO forward communication has caused me to *NEVER* recommend them in a positive light.

You're are better off trying anyone else.

Well I hate to be the one writing the bad review on this company, but I'm afraid I am going to have to.
I chose this company by reading the other two reviews and the fact they are here local. I have a hot water heater that the pilot light has been going out on. I can relight it and it stays on for 3 days, then back out. I decided I cant keep this up so I will call someone out.
The gentlemen shows up, the same day as called. He was your average greased up plumber, but nice. I follow him up to the attic (where the water heater is located) and he looks at it for a couple of minutes and says its an older model.. you may need to get a new one soon. We leave the attic, he goes out to the truck and spends about the same amount of time out there, writing the invoice. He returns telling me I owe him $95!
Now I mentioned earlier that I read the reviews about the reasonable pricing, the hour of work put in for $125, etc. etc. So when he told me that I owed him $95 for a total of 15 minutes, I was in shock! Usually when I call a service out, and no work is performed its an average of $35-$45-which is reasonable.
I contacted cedar park plumbing and they said this is their minimum charge whether you have work done or not! They were not willing to negotiate any.
Unfortunately I will not be using their services anymore, and I urge you to take the same caution when dealing with this company.
