They were to my rental property in July and again in October. They must have sent Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles, because in between July and October the base of the sink cabinet rotted out from a water leak that they missed after working on the P-Trap. I got into a law suit with they tenants and they're moving out. CDS was there two days ago and now tells me the sink, faucet and RO system is no good but there are still no leaks. The water came from someplace! Oh yeah they sent me another bill for another service call. You company didn't do their job!!! Your company charged me 3 times for going there and never fixed the leak. My rental property is kept in excellent condition. My property manager thought your company was better then you are. Three times three to repairs (?) three bills still a leak. Pictures don't lie! In Oct your company worked on the P-Trap but didn't fine a leak???? The cabinet didn't get like like because there was no leak??? Think about what you're saying and think about how you would feel if this was your house! It's easy to sit behind a desk and be a key board worrier but pictures don't lie.

I scheduled to have a repair done on my water heater. The schedule lady called to tell me I needed to call the manufacturer and order the part. I simply asked what exactly I needed to do since I'm not a plumber and she went off on a rant about her time is valuable blah blah blah and she hung up on me. I was just asking for more clarification on what I needed to do. Sorry you decided to take your bad day out on me.

I could not be happier with the quality of service I received from CDS. They were recommended by a friend who is a Realtor and I have thanked her many times since! Always very professional, prompt (they call when they are on their way!) and extremely fair in their pricing. If you need plumbing service by all means give them a call.

We have used this company for years for service on our rentals. I called to get a water heater replaced and the lady who answered the phone (probably Christine who I dealt with before) just said """"we have nothing until next week so you should call around.... and hung up on me. Woww, business might be good when you treat long term customers like that... By the way, it would have been ok to wait till the following week to address the issue. DONE with them.

Staying at a rental and sink backed up in kitchen and dishwasher. Tech visited but turned out problem was not completely solved and had recurrence of issue next day. Contacted CDS and they responded and Fred scheduled with us first thing the next morning to follow up and they fixed the issue. I was a bit frustrated as most non-plumbers are with a plumbing issue but they responded professionally and with understanding and patience. Much appreciated and would recommend them for your plumbing services.

CDS Plumbing is a superior plumbing company. I called and almost immediately got a return call from the owner Paul who came out to my condo to inspect the job himself. He gave a rough idea of what it might cost and sent a licensed plumber out within a few days. Mark arrived right on time and worked tirelessly for the next 3 1/2 hours. He checked all fittings for leaks and cleaned up after himself. I was pleasantly surprised at the total bill and am looking forward to having his crew install a tankless water heater for me as well. A year late. We are new to the area and needed 2 toilets installed in our newly purchased home. CDS was the closest, and the folks in the area on Next Door gave them high marks. 2 toilets...$250ish. I had my doubts, so I inquired as to a repair of a shower faucet handle. I was quoted $500 plus for the shower work, to include cutting a hole in our bedroom wall to get to the backside of the faucet. FYI....this was a fact finding mission!!! The shower handle was installed upside down by previous homeowner. 1 phillips head screwdriver and 30 seconds of my time fixed the shower faucet. CDS gets no more of our business!!

Great quality work, responsive, reasonably priced and honest ! This morning, I found a puddle in my yard and some water seeping up through the ground. I called CDS at 7:30am when they opened. Someone called me at 7:50, was here by 8:20 and finished by 9:45. He not only replaced the broken connector; he replaced the nearby feeds and changed the turny valve to a nice new lever with new piping. Fantastic service, high quality work and professional personable plumber. Saved the day !!
