Michael Poole stands out as a unique individual. He began his HVAC career in his early teens. Until 2001, his father managed the business. At that point, Mike took over the business from his father and started building a legacy. He has dedicated his entire career to serving the Greater Northwest. His outstanding work ethic resulted in him teaching the Welding program at North Idaho College at 22, after completing trade school. He is truly the most honest and direct person you could meet. His handshake is a mark of integrity, and he has always acted fairly and justly. His personal motto is, ""If you’re going to do something, do it with all you have. Nothing is worth doing if you’re not going to do it right the first time."" This philosophy has greatly benefited the company, as we embody an old-school mentality... clean-cut, drug-free, professional, and by the book!
