There’s no one quite like Michael Poole. Michael entered the HVAC field during his early teenage years. His father ran the company until 2001. At that point, Mike took over the business from his father and started building a legacy. Mike has spent his career serving the Greater Northwest area. After finishing trade school, Mike's remarkable dedication allowed him to teach the Welding program at North Idaho College at the age of 22. He is truly the most honest and direct person you could meet. His handshake is a mark of integrity, and he has always acted fairly and justly.
