There’s no one quite like Michael Poole. His journey in the HVAC industry started in his teenage years. His father ran the company until 2001. At that point, Mike took over the business from his father and started building a legacy. His entire career has been devoted to serving the Greater Northwest. After finishing trade school, Mike's remarkable dedication allowed him to teach the Welding program at North Idaho College at the age of 22. You won’t find a more honest and straightforward individual than him. His handshake is a mark of integrity, and he has always acted fairly and justly. His personal motto is, ""If you’re going to do something, do it with all you have. Nothing is worth doing if you’re not going to do it right the first time.""
