Michael Poole stands out as a unique individual. His journey in the HVAC industry started in his teenage years. The company was under his father's leadership until 2001. Mike purchased the company from his father in 2001, laying the groundwork for a legacy. His entire career has been devoted to serving the Greater Northwest. After finishing trade school, Mike's remarkable dedication allowed him to teach the Welding program at North Idaho College at the age of 22.
