Michael Poole stands out as a unique individual. His journey in the HVAC industry started in his teenage years. The company was under his father's leadership until 2001. In 2001, Mike acquired the business from his father and began creating a legacy. Mike has spent his career serving the Greater Northwest area. Mike's exceptional work ethic led him to teach the Welding program at North Idaho College after completing trade school at just 22. He is truly the most honest and direct person you could meet.
