Michael Poole stands out as a unique individual. He began his HVAC career in his early teens. Until 2001, his father managed the business. At that point, Mike took over the business from his father and started building a legacy. His entire career has been devoted to serving the Greater Northwest. His outstanding work ethic resulted in him teaching the Welding program at North Idaho College at 22, after completing trade school. He is the most honest and straightforward person you will ever meet. His handshake is a mark of integrity, and he has always acted fairly and justly.
