Terrible service, John left us high and dry on a basement bathroom install. He couldn't get any of his work to pass inspection because it wouldn't hold air. After trying to convince us that it was only his testing equipment that was letting air leak, he asked us to pump up the system before the inspector arrived so that it would pass!
(Not a man of integrity).
We asked to him to fix it so that it would pass without us adding air just before the inspector arrived! He said that he would rearrange his schedule and be there to fix it. 4 days later he won't answer his phone he will only txt, and he says that he ""doesn't know what to do""! He says that we ""should have been more diligent about finding the leak if we wanted this to pass inspection"".
He also says that we are ""making to big a deal of this whole thing it's only a pin hole leak"".
Anyway we are going to have to jackhammer out all the work he did under the floor as well as remove all the above ground work because it won't hold pressure either.
The worst part about the situation with John is that he has zero accountability! He truly believes that it was someone else's fault, the problem is he works alone!
