Jason is very personable and he showed up on the day he said he would.He called when the job was completed and gave me a complete review of the work done. I had a new toilet installed, the water heater anode checked and the wheel bearings repacked on my 5th wheel. That was Friday. I picked up the 5th wheel on Sunday and 5 miles down the freeway both right side wheels departed the rig. What a mess. untold damage was done and after about 5 hours later two big rigs managed to tow the unit to a storage lot.

These guys not only do a fantastic job they are honest and they take pride in what they do. The guys came out and cleaned out our tanks and replaced valves. We will definitely call on them in the future!

Help! We have no water pressure, wait!!! NO!!! The slide out won't come in!!! Needless to say we were in a pinch and a less honest mobile mechanic would have had a field Day with us! NOT Jason!!!

Let's start with the obvious, mobile repair is just much more convenient and given that ALL the dealers are booked a month in advance or their labor rates are bordering on $200 an hr! Mobile is the way to go... we actually ran into Jason a month ago while walking our dogs in the Rv park we are staging our rv at (50-state tour/book tour) and he was friendly and approachable. We took down his number and forgot all about it, fast forward a month later and we are having our own crisis!

We looked up mobile rv repair CD came up and when I punched in the number Jason's name came up. He actually wasn't working but came into the shop JUST FOR US!!

Mechanics are a hit and miss and this was a total hit out the park!!!! JASON IS THE MOST HONEST MECHANIC WE HAVE EVER MET!!! he could have gouged us cause this is after all our home! He dug right into the problems. First, the ""no water pressure thing"" it was as simple as a city hose connection (the original was still installed) pressure fitting not sealing. After 13 yrs the part failed, not bad for a plastic part. Jason changed it out and figured out in 60 sec that a filter on our water pump was also loose, he hand tightened it checked all our fittings and boom we have water pressure again...

Now let's get to the elephant in the room, the slide out. Long story short the cotter pin was breaking for no discernible reason other then, cosmic karma?? I don't know what to tell you. I made several trips to the local big box hardware store to find an alternative to the hollow cotter pins that kept breaking on us, only to have the original fix (hollow cotter pin) work.

Jason answered all our newbie questions, taught us some tricks to maximize our AC use and was kind to my wife and our barking service animals, who are always weary of new people.

To make matters better the bill was lower then expected, discounted lower then his posted rates and he takes electronic payments cause who carries cash anymore?

Stopping for the night and need something fixed? Don't put it off check it off your list and have Jason do it. Have a 911 and need help call Jason he won't take advantage of you when your the most vulnerable and in need of the most help...

We are traveling all 50 states and we want to share our experiences good and bad with everyone. This is one of those GOOD experiences when something went bad!!!

Can't say enough about Jason and his company. He worked diligently for four hours to fix our 2001 40' Motorhome that lost all power. His rates are very reasonable and like other reviewers, he responded to us immediately. THANK YOU JASON! We trust him completely. We will tell all RVer's about him.
Update: We called Jason and asked him to come back for a small issue and he put two new terminal posts on our battery. He didn't even charge us. Can't say enough about this honest guy. Hard to find trustworthy people in mobile RV repair!!

We live in North San Diego, so we are not in Jason's service area. So we took our coach to him in Murrieta. We wanted to get a generator and satellite installed. Jason gave us a very fair quote, and his Yelp reviews are great, so we went with him for the install. He finished ahead of schedule and on budget. He called while the work was in progress to let me know what the options were for locating the satellite controller and generator switch, instead of just making that decision on his own. He had some great suggestions. Jason is very conscientious about his work, and it shows. He did a great job with the installation, and spent about an hour walking us through it and demonstrating it when we came to pick up our 5'er. I will definitely have more projects for Jason down the road.

I just purchased a used Sierra travel trailer that had sat for a while and could not get the water heater to ignite. I called and spoke to Jason who very kindly walked me through the process and it now works perfectly! Not ever owning an RV, I didn't realize I had to bleed the air out of the lines. He could have easily said that he needed to come out and take a look ($$), which another mobile service told me I needed to do, but instead took the time to help me over the phone. I will absolutely give Jason a call for any issues I have with my trailer. Nice, nice man.

I am sooo impressed with Jason he is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and extremely customer focused. As a new inexperienced RV owner He took the time to explain everything in detail in layman's terms. He originally came out to assist me in August with a low battery alarm he advised me to keep RV plugged into house 110 when not in use which I did until a few weeks ago when we took it out for weekend. Got home plugged it back in and within a few weeks the alarm started again. I didn't hesitate calling Jason since I was so pleased the first time. He came out and quickly discovered my breakers in the RV had been turned off. Since my 3 yr old grandson was with us that weekend I'm sure he was fascinated with the switches and shut them off. To my amazement When I asked Jason how much my grandson just cost me he shook my hand, smiled and said have a great day! You don't find this customer service nowadays. I highly, highly recommend calling Jason.

After calling several other places we decided to go with Jason; We were able to make an appointment right away; He showed up on time and was so genuine and honest. He addressed several different issues other than the one we called him about. He really knows what he is doing and he truly cares. It is very hard to find honest hard working people these days that you can trust. Dont even waste your time calling any other RV repair guy; Jason is the man for your RV needs. Thank You so much!!!

Jason is a rockstar. My husband accidentally knocked off our neighbors mirror in the RV storage facility. I ordered the replacement part and Jason showed up on time, even called when he was on his way. He replaced the mirror in like 20 minutes. Will def be using him for any future repairs we need on our own RV!
