CCs are great navigating with HOA permits requirements as well. The team is great, have a plumber, electrician... everything!
Best way to work w them is to request a quote, they will come to asses the project and move forward from there.

Another plus is they have an office on property which makes it very good for accepting deliveries and accommodating clients needs.
