I agree if I could rate them 0 stars I would as well. Technicians are inexperienced. I recieved absolutely no help resolving my problem from their so called supervisor she is very unprofessional. Did not fix the problem had to use a different company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My home insurance called them to schedule service. I called to set the appointment and the receptionist was rude and short with me. She did not offer to help me solve the problem - instead she sarcastically told me ""Good luck! "" Rude people like this will not get my business!

When it was SO cold a few weeks ago, I came home to a broken pipe and my basement bedroom sodden and getting wetter by the moment. I started calling every plumber in the book! Most had 2-3 day waits due to the number of broken pipes everywhere. I left messages and requests for service multiple places, and within a couple of hours when I was certain I'd be spending days without water, when CCI Plumbing knocked on my door! I can't remember my plumber's name, but he was wonderful! Professional and efficient, and friendly too! He found the problem, fixed it beautifully, neatly and quickly, and charged me a remarkably reasonable rate when he could have chosen to totally gouge me. The best plumbing experience I've had in years, and I will call them again without reservation.
