The crew from C&C, Dylan, Mike and Mike, was fantastic! They installed a Unico A/C system in four days and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and informed. The job was done neatly and without any mess left behind. The attic is cleaner and neater than when they started even though it's got ducts and tubes snaking around. These guys are well-trained and professional.

These guys are excellent. Starting with the Sales guy Ed, to installers Dwayne / Denson, to Bryan the trouble shooter all great professionals in their respective areas. It is true that it is not easy to become a approved Costco installers.

Ed was detail oriented, knew his trade and did all the diligence in explaining the job and advising on the accurate units for the home as an apples to apples replacement Cutting the BS and up selling for profits.

Dwayne and Denson the installers were professional with the job courteous and knowledgeable in their field. They did a neat and clean install explaining the set up and ensuring that it worked as designed. There was no bad behavior, foul language or any sort of disturbance by the rover 10 hour presence and working in almost 98 degree heat a day after July 4th.!!

Steps in Brian, to trouble shoot a simple Air intake adjustment to reduce the excessive noise levels and better cooling due to improper adjustment on the unit. All this happening with in 48 Hours of the install.

Over all very very happy with their approach from the start and happy that we got an right sized upscale Lennox System with CandC and costco as partners to back it.

I shall enthusiastically recommend to friends, Family and Neighbour and shall continue my association with CandC by getting the system maintained by them.

After spending over $700 with another HVAC company and not solving the problem with one of AC units, I called C&C in. The technician Mike was thorough and pinpointed where the problem was, a leaking coil in the furnace. Unlike the other company they were able to diagnose the issue. A couple of days later the new coil was installed. The technician did an excellent job in very tight conditions. All aspects of customer service was spot on, the technicians could not of been more professional. My experience with C&C was top notch!

Dwayne & Mike V just left my home from installation of a condenser. It was a muddy, messy location to work in, but these guys never complained, wore bootys and enthusiastically worked very well together for the few hours it took to remove my 22 year old unit.

They were very nice guys, polite and clearly know their craft! The truck was pristine, very well organized and this told me these guys work smart.

There was no foul language, no tension, drama and they did everything the sales person (Paul), who also by the way by far - - is the finest sales person I met with from several local HVAC service providers, including my own company of 30+ years.

The association with Costco is attractive, but I will have C&C service this unit going forward and will enthusiastically recommend all of my friends, neighbors to buy through Costco, as long as C&C is providing the installation. Thank you Paul! You really are very good businessman and made me feel very comfortable engaging your company.

Costco customers beware. You will get the same or better price from other authorized Lennox dealers and MUCH better service.

I contacted C&C for a central AC replacement via the Costco program. I had three other companies give me an estimate also. The C&C rep, Chris E, did the least work of any of them. He took no measurements, every other rep measured my house to determine the proper AC size needed. The other reps also discussed the condition of my duct work and other items to make the system more efficient. All Chris did was write down the prices for the 2 options he recommended on a blank piece of paper. He wouldn't allow me to keep the paper, I had to take a picture of it. Chris said he would send me the formal proposals, which he never did, and neither Chris nor C&C contacted me again. So I wasted my time with a contractor that never followed up after the initial visit. I could have gotten this level of lousy service and professionalism by picking any number out of the phone book.

C&C's price on a 16K system was only a couple hundred dollars lower than other Lennox dealers. One of the Lennox dealers was very aware of the price game that C&C plays to make you think you're getting a great price since you're going thru Costco. In the end, their price is not that different even after the rebates and Costco cash back, and the other dealers said they would match or beat the C&C price since the difference was so low.

Chris told me that 75% of C&C's business comes from Costco. So if you're a Costco customer, you should get other estimates since C&C's Costco price is not that great. And the other companies you deal with will most likely be more thorough and professional on helping you determine what's best for your home. C&C was at my home to make a sale, the other dealers wanted me to be satisfied with a complete and thorough solution.

The only pro is that these guys were prompt and responsive. It turns if actually fixing anything, they are entirely useless. My husband wound up fixing the heat problem himself and the guys c&c sent out didn't help at all. We pretty much through out $150. I was very disappointed. Would never use the guys again.

They installed hot water heater and had to re do it 3 times before it was correctly installed.i thought i was hiring a premier contractor because it was very expensive but i was very disapointed. They are horrible.they left screws on the floor and muddy foot prints on my carpet.dont use them.

I have two AC/Heat units in my home, and I have had issues with my upstairs AC almost since I moved in 10 years ago. I've had numerous heating and cooling specialists come to inspect the system - some said to replace it, some said to add coolant (it certainly did have a slow leak the past 3 years). I have had quotes to replace the AC, but with most companies, I felt like I was being conned. (I do feel this a lot with auto salesmen and heat/ac repairmen - sometimes I wish I wasn't so skeptical). Last year, another company told me that all I needed was another coolant boost, and I went with that even though I knew it wouldn't last the Summer (I could not afford to fix or replace the unit at the time). It lasted a week or so.

Fast forward to last month. I met with Brian from C&C who said he could repair the leak or replace the unit. Since repairing the leak is itself expensive, and since the coolant it takes is no longer used (and is itself very expensive), I went with a unit replacement. (I also wanted a stronger unit so that I knew it would cool off on the hottest days of Summer). The price he quoted me for a 2.5 ton unit was about the same or less than other quotes I got for 2 ton units (which is what I had), and more importantly, I felt as if he was being straightforward and honest with the options he proposed. He did say a 2 ton unit was probably enough, but having had issues with my upstairs being so hot in Summer I decided to be safe with the larger unit. He said I would be good with the 2.5 ton unit.

Today, Dave and a helper installed the unit as well as a new attic fan. It took just about 4 hours to complete. As far as I can tell they did a wonderful job and cleaned up the mess that replacing an AC unit creates.
