The driver of this truck almost side swiped my vehicle when he tried forcing his vehicle in on the on ramp of the 215 freeway in Las Vegas almost causing an accident.

I live in an apartment in Los Angeles and it has its own gas water heater. It stopped working on a Wednesday and CBMI was notified and came out on that Friday with a new control panel. The plumber replaced it but later that day we noticed a gas leak smell and it was found that the plumber had cracked the flexible pipe from the gas line to the water heater. This was dangerous since the water heater is in an enclosed closet and the pilot light was on with the water heater leaking gas all day. CBMI would not come out on Saturday with a fix and did not arrive until Monday when they replaced the water heater. There were no apologies. I only had hot water 1 out of 5 days. I would not recommend this company at all.

They have bad drivers. One almost hit me on Bouquet Canyon in Santa Clarita Valley. If they don't care about driving safe. They probably don't do a good job fixing whatever you paid them to fix. Avoid like the plague!!!

First of all I think the HVAC, electrical , plumbing services at CBMI are ok . But they also own a couple of apartment houses. They have an unlicensed 'property manager' Leticia Mercado . Who is a thief, forger, liar and a fraud. The bldg they have in west Los Angeles is rent controlled . Mercado was assigned to move residents out so the rents could be jacked up. We were on the hit list. We lived there for 10!years. She invented this eviction based on the fact that , as the notice stated ' we allow or encourage persons with no interest in the property to be in the carport area of the property ' she was referring to homeless persons. There were always homeless in the area . We did not own the property so we could not order anyone off the property. Ms Mercado also stole our bicycle. I got a judgement against her for that. She forged our lease. She is as sleezy as they come. My roommate has a friend who owns a home near the apt. Mercado said he was homeless. The guy could buy and sell Mercado a couple times over. And she said he was homeless. He is suing her for that. Absolutely disgusting woman. So watch out. CBMI may be ok for maintenance issues . But on the real estate side. I would say minus 5 stars

Few days ago they said they could come Friday morning to fix a leak. Spoke to a guy name Oscar on Thursday morning and now they can't come until Tuesday. He acted like it wasn't a big deal. This place is a joke. I understand it's raining and they might be busy but just tell me you can't make it and I'll find someone else.

The plumber said he would show up between 12-2pm. We called again after 2pm and were told that the plumber would be here in 15 mins. He didn't show up and when we tried to get some kind of update/eta we were met with a voicemail. It's now 3:25pm and we just heard back from this plumber, but had to reschedule because I haven't had lunch. I'm not going to let a company this unprofessional dictate my schedule, and neither should you.

They installed a new shower handle for which they charged a fortune. It was installed wrong (with a gap in between the handle and the stop tube) which I only noticed now that it started leaking. They want to charge me again to repair what they did wrong. Dave didn't give a crap about the situation and just wanted to charge as usual.

FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER!!!

Had a water leak tonight after normal business hours and called their dispatch center for help and a quick referral to a repairman. I got the runaround and the dispatcher was rude. Took my money and my future business elsewhere. Suggest you do the same.

Mark is a ROCKSTAR, ROCKSTAR, ROCKSTAR!!!! I have never encountered such a masterful and capable vendor in my 20 years in the Property Management world. I had 1200 + residents with no water due to a main line and they took on the job with passion and pride and restored water within hours. For a main line that is unheard of!

This company and its employees (every one of them I met) beam with knowledge, professionalism and confidence. Lisa and Mark know what they are doing and their employees are set apart from the rest! I have a LOT less to worry about thanks to their capabilities. I would not even compare them to another company. Hands down I am IMPRESSED and overjoyed my residents have water!

I spoke to the ""manager"" Lisa. I have yet to receive my apology letter. She agreed with me that Dave lied to me. I should not have been charged for the travel fees. She also mentioned that if I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, she would take me to court and sue me.

This is the WORST customer service on earth. In fact, there was no service.
