I would like to share my recent experience with Carlos H owner of this business. Called re AC problem Friday evening. Took over 90 minutes due to his not getting address correct and multiple calls and texts from him. He had the number as 6 digits and it's 4 and each time I repeated the street number and name. He stayed 45 minutes and after what turned out to be a quick fix which lasted one hour after he left, the AC was not working. He showed up with no professional tools and neither did he perform diagnostics with any appropriate gear. Job was still pending with him promising to return in the morning to recheck. at that point, he informed me it's cash only. He was paid $160 although that's not what was quoted when I called him with another $100 due for total of $260, not exactly reasonable as a big name company performs diagnostics for $99 after hours. Not to mention he lied about ordering a Trane part Saturday morning. Since warranty is involved, a tech must speak with Trane support prior to any authorization of parts being ordered and they are not available after hours or on weekends.

He rummaged through my garage searching for piers without my permission while I had gone back into my house to retrieve pliers for him. I will attach a picture of how he left the organized toolbox, took it apart and threw a small box, dust pan, and liners on the floor. This is how he left it and you can see his rude remark when I addressed it with him.

This business has multiple negative reviews and I agree it's my fault for not reading ALL of the reviews. Others state how he promising refunds and then cannot be found. Do your own research and decide for yourself if this is someone you can trust at his word and in your home as well as have confidence in his workmanship. I cannot recommend him and advise anyone to call the "big" and solid AC businesses in the valley who are credible and operate with integrity; you will save money and aggravation.

I was foolish enough to call this guy because I was in a hurry and didn't check the reviews. For $75 cash he correctly diagnosed my electrical problem as a faulty water heater.

He said he could fix it for $250, $125 up front, cash only. He said I should hurry and go buy a water heater and he'd be back in 45 minutes. He never came back despite 2 more promises by phone to return and do the job that day.

The next morning I fired him because he lost my confidence. I asked for my $125 back and he agreed. He's avoiding me now, so I went to his office at 4108 North 21st Street. It's a fake address.

RISKY BET hiring this company. Be warned they don't accept any form of payment except CASH, you have to pay upfront for work in progress of which they don't go back and finish ("left to gets parts, will be back"). They also don't provide invoices or receipts. This data on Yelp also says they wear masks which they don't (& they most certainly don't accept all credit cards like this listing said).

Work was left undone (2 of my bedroom vents were left uninstalled & my fan/light cover was left exposed). The gentleman told me he would come back finish after I gave him $220. He only did the one thing of replacing my thermostat batteries but didn't fix a switch for my fan or replace my bedroom Air vents. After the 3rd day of not showing up (btw the entire time he'd say he'd be there in X minutes and never show and then give me excuses as to why which I stupidly believed), he said sorry and would throw in an AC coil cleaning but again didn't show still.

He gave several excuses that got wilder everytime (over 5 different ones) but still he seemed so nice and charismatic and I really wanted to believe him. I also didn't want to believe I was taken as a fool. I wish he'd just come back and say sorry and give me back at least the $120 he took the 2nd time.

I had to get another company to finish the job and my new electrician said my fan/light could have caused a fire and showed me melted parts (btw He didn't know I had this company work on this already when he said that).

TLDR: Man came, Only takes cash, no invoices or receipts. He switched out thermostat batteries, asked for more money and left to get parts, didn't come back, leaving work undone & didn't warn us of danger. Gave many excuses.

WARNING: NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. TECHNICIAN WAS IMPAIRED, ABSCONDED WITH $200 CASH AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. The address listed on Google is a bail bonds business. There is no mention of air conditioning or electrician services on their signage, and the phone number listed on Google for the air conditioning business is not the same phone number as the one listed for the bail bonds business. As of yet, I don't know if the AC and bail bonds businesses are affiliated, or if the AC repair business just listed a fake address. The technician checked out my AC and informed me that the coils were in need of repair. He quoted me $425 for the total cost of the work. I had to return to work, so I arranged for a relative to come over to my house and be present while the technician completed the work. After I left the technician informed my relative that he had the unit working now, but that he needed to leave to pick up some tools/materials to finish the job, and would be back in an hour. He requested that my relative pay him half the balance in advance, with the remaining balance to be paid when he returned. This should have been a big red flag, but my relative gave him $200 in cash and he left. Several hours later my relative notified me that the technician hadn't returned, that the AC still wasn't working and the house was still warm. I then began trying to reach the technician via phone and text. About four hours later the technician called me, and stated that he, "didn't like how this was going, they don't let me work, they say things and this and that." He continued to ramble on nonsensically and seemed confused and disoriented. I believe he took my $200 and used it to buy drugs and/or alcohol, then couldn't finish the job. I requested that he return the money and he asked for my CashApp, but stated he would keep the $75 service call fee. It goes without saying that no legitimate business issues refunds to customers via CashApp. It's been nearly 24 hours and the money has not been returned. At this point I am trying to figure out how to file a criminal complaint and hopefully prevent this from happening to another victim.

I have no idea what the name of the guy was who responded but I wouldn't recommend them at all. Very dishonest, anything to charge an extra buck, very unprofessional. Save yourself the headache, go with someone more reliable like Mike's AC service or Cytech.

We hired C&B electricians to help us with our new house. We needed some switches and fans fixed. The "master electrician" started the job saying that he needed 75% of the cost up front for supplies.
All these scam artists accomplished was tearing up our house. One of them stepped through our ceiling leaving a huge hole, they removed switches and left exposed wires in several rooms, knowing that we have a young son running around. When I'd call and ask about when they were coming I was always tolls 20-30 minutes, only to wait for hours and still not see anyone. Out of the 2 days they did show up, the "master electrician" always needed some more money for something (lunch for his guys, wages for the guy that stepped through our ceiling, gas for one of his other guys to make sure he could make it home and back to the job site the next day, which he didn't make it back) on top of giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't make it. One of his stories was that a customer showed up at his office and threatened to kill his staff. After dealing with these asshats, I completely understand where that customer was coming from, if said customer actually exists.
Save your money and find someone else, anyone else would do better than these numbskulls.

This company is clueless and Carlos is a rip-off. I would give it a second thought about calling on thiscompany to come out and do service at your place. This individual is a liar, a thief abd prey's on people. He came into our home and did and made things worse for our unit. We ended up having a professional come out to fix the mess this guy Carlos left us with. Not to mention he never provided us with a receipt but yet charged us $175.00 to create a bigger problem than it started out to be. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....THIS COMPANY HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLAIM THAT THEY WILL BE CHECKING ON WARRANTIES AND PARTS AND NEVER RETURN.
