C.A.W. is Carey Arthur Woods IV - the fourth generation of our lineage. Chip Woods functions as a 3rd Cooling Expert in the lineage. About 60 years ago, Chip's ancestor, Carey Woods Jr., departed his job as Technical Designer at Bryant Air Conditioning in Tyler, Texas and founded C. Woods Company in Tyler.

After serving in the Navy in 1977, Chip's parent, Carey Woods III, took over JP Morrow, a comprehensive heating and A/C service, in Alice, Texas. Chip's parent managed JP Morrow for over 20 years before handing it over to go back to Tyler and assume control of C. Woods Company from his retiring predecessor. You could say that the Woods family has HVAC in their blood.

Chip Woods earned his degree from Texas A&M in Kingsville in 1993. At 25, in 1995, he obtained his TACLA license and initiated his own company, running as C.A.W. Company, Inc. since that time.

C.A.W. believes that focusing on superiority and craftsmanship clearly differentiates us from the competition. An AC service can't thrive long nor become one of the top service providers in the area unless it offers the best quality possible by providing first-class support and unwavering quality at a competitive rate.
