We were having some plumbing work done. The plumber suggested we have our tank drained since it was uncovered. I called Cavalier and they sent Steve out the next morning. I love using local businesses.

What a great company! I called in the late afternoon on a rainy Monday once the Rooter company said they could not fix my drain issue. I was freaking out because I have tenants in my basement apartment and it was looking like we weren't going to be able to use the water/toilets that night. Called Cavalier Septic and within 30 minutes a team of 2 amazingly nice gentlemen showed up, explained to me what was wrong and fixed the problem - in the rain, with great attitudes!

I highly recommend these guys - great service, great attitudes. Just what you need when you're worried about something as huge as your septic system!

Unreliable

I made an appointment with Cavalier Septic 1 month in advance. Day of service came and never hear from them. Called them, no response. Called 2 days later to reschedule leaving them a voice message and once again never hearing back from them!
