We had a leaking sink in our newly remodeled bathroom. We called who we had a 'home account' with an $85 fee just to come out and give a quote to repair. We called Cauzillo shortly after they opened, their plumbers had called me back after 30 minutes of me calling in, and they had us fixed same day. Two guys came to do the work, they were incredibly professional, and had us fixed in 20 minutes (broken seal near the actuator valve) and it was incredibly affordable. People have commented that they treat you like family - 1000% true. As a homeowner, you get so burned out by people who ghost/no call-no show you, it's so awesome to find a group who still has incredible customer service. This is who I'll be calling first from now on.

The motor of my waste disposal fried last week. I read some reviews about this place and figured I'd give these guys a call, expecting to set up an appointment the following week. Jake Cauzillo was able to come by several hours later the same day and install a new one he had that was identical to mine. They normally stock common items to save people the trip to a hardware store. Great job and a great price. Highly recommended small business!!

Bill came out on short notice, he was professional and friendly. We had a leak in our hot water line to the bathroom sink and while my husband attempted to change it, unfortunately it was very rusted and the pipe broke. We knew then that we were out of our depth, and it was time to call a professional. I would highly recommend Bill at Cauzillo Plumbing, I also paid what we felt was a very fair price for the work done.

Came out the next day to diagnose my garbage disposal. It needed a new switch and there was a leak in my faucet hose. He installed a switch and a new faucet at a reasonable price. Great service.

Bill returned my call moments after I hung up. I explained our issues and he was at our house less than 14 minutes later. He fixed both problems and suggested a repair to something he noticed that had been an issues since we moved in to the house. I didn't know it was something that could be repaired. Friendly, great service, excellent response time. Highly recommended.

I learned of this company though a Fire Dept. buddy.
He was right...They came out fast took care of the problem and like most us Fire fighters like to watch cost and they were good there too...
As I write this I'm getting ready to call them to have them look into some new.

Can't review services because Bill never did call/show for my estimate..I'm no stranger to home renovation so maybe this shouldn't surprise me..perhaps too busy for my job but communication is number one in customer service in my book- went with another local company.......
