Hands down best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with in Virginia!! They saved my house after another company installed all new plumbing water lines illegally and without a required permit. The initial job was supposed to take 4 days with another company but after two months Causeway Plumbing had to take over and did a phenomenal job! Unlike the first company they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't try to cut any corners what so ever. They were honest and straight up with me the entire time and I was more than comfortable with them getting the job done the right way. All of their workers are highly trained and professional in this field and absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. My only regret is not going with Causeway the first time around!!

Calls not returned, owner is horrifyingly rude. Took 2.5 years to do my house and I've finally given up. Managed to get $800 refund (we'll see if the check clears) from $18,000 job. In the beginning I thought they were good...now I know the truth. They screw up and blame home owner. There's other companies out there that are operated by more professional individuals. Go with one of those.

OMG Leave it to the the professional because a Plumber I am not. I actually though I could fix a leaky toilet but water was coming up from the floor so this was out of my league. I called Causeway Plumbing at 1:30 it is now 3:00 pm and they are done. They were thorough explained what needed to be done and quickly fixed the leak cleaned up and done. WOW I could not have done this myself myself and so glad I called. I will definitely call them again when needed. Thank you!
