HORRIBLE!!! Hire at your own risk. Company will quote one price, just to suck you in and then surprise you with final invoice! No description of travel time, labor cost, cost of material, or what materials were used, on the invoice. ALL SUBJECTIVE and SKETCHY! They charged what they wanted to charge with no rhythm or reason! We purchased a laundry tub cabinet with faucet kit. ALL they had to do was connect the laundry tub and faucet to the water supply using a tail pipe, P-Trap, and supply lines! Initially quoted $107.50 to $250. Said because it's """"simply a laundry tub install, no need to come out for a free estimate."""" Received an invoice 3 weeks later for $571.56!!!!! Spoke w/ office, said """"We trust our guys to record travel time and labor and with material parts cost, the price is correct."""" I observed """"Guys"""" dinking around and """"pretending"""" to work! They did not seal the hole the pipes are running through---could possibly lead to bugs/critters getting in! Apparently, a tail pipe, a P-trap, and water supply lines cost $271! 3 hours of labor ($350) to connect some pipes and water supply lines! Ridiculous! No reason why a laundry tub w/ pipes installed should have been over $300! Crooked company with piss-poor workers that dink around to increase labor cost! Our advise, AVOID at all cost!

Builder used Caulder to do the plumbing in our new house. Have now been in the house for 10 years and have had all kinds of plumbing issues from day one, e.g. didn't cement the PVC pipe in places, tub spout pulled out of the tub and they wanted $200+ to fix it, Reineii ($$$$) water heater placed in wrong location and had to pay another plumber to reposition it, etc.. Would not recommend to anyone.

We are new to the area and needed a gas line moved and new kitchen sink plumbing/faucet installed. They were very accommodating and scheduled us in quickly. They came out and did the job efficiently - a pleasure to work with so far and I am a hard guy to please. Their pricing seemed fair for the small job that it was.

There is no way I would recommend them. I called them to fix an issue of not getting any hot water. The first plumber came out and replaced some parts on my hot water heater and, without checking to see if the problem was fixed, left after saying I would have hot water in 45 minutes which didn't happen. I called them and they sent a couple of guys out who found that the problem was actually due to water leaks under the house. I got a ridiculously high bill with no itemizing of expenses. I called to ask if I was charged for 2 service calls even though the 2nd call was due to their not fixing the problem, and they said yes. The owner insisted that I owed for both calls despite their failure on the first call. I paid the bill, because it wasn't worth the time and energy to fight it. However, I will never make the mistake of using them again.
