In 2017, Sandra Griffin established Catlin Construction as the Owner/Operator. With more than 30 years of service at the City of Atlanta, including 15 years as a field engineer, I decided to use my license and further my certifications. I aim to offer a more personable and efficient service to Forest Park and other Metro-Atlanta neighborhoods.
