In 2017, Sandra Griffin established Catlin Construction as the Owner/Operator. Having retired from the City of Atlanta after 30+ years, including 15 years in the field as an engineer, I opted to apply my license and enhance my qualifications. This allows me to provide a more personal and efficient service to Forest Park and the surrounding Metro-Atlanta areas.
