Called to get my ac fixed the tech said ok I have to see if I have a part at the shop. 3 months later he has still never returned of even called. We took our business elsewhere.
I would give this place zero stars if I could.

We definitely do not recommend this business. We called Catlett to replace our septic pump. Tech showed up on time but took 30 minutes to assess the situation and tell us we needed a new septic pump (which we already knew) and he would need to return to the shop to get it but would return ""in a few minutes"". When he didn't return after 45 minutes, we called the office and were told he was on his way; 15 minutes later he arrived back at our house with a second person and completed the job within 20 minutes. Google maps shows the time required to drive from our house to the shop is 10 minutes...but it took 60 minutes for the tech. Received the $733 bill promptly. We researched the cost of the pump online by brand/model number and the average cost was $375; Catlett charged us $535. There was an additional charge of $197.50 for labor. When we called to inquire about that cost, we were told that we were charged $89 for the tech's first hour, $79 for the second hour and an additional $29.50 for the second tech. When I stated that the tech had actually only been on site for an hour, was told that time spent getting supplies and tools were considered part of the job. While we can understand this to be valid IF the job required a tool or part not normally needed for this type of task, it seems semi-unethical to charge for an additional hour to get parts for something they knew was going to be needed. Even if they were unsure of the type of pump required, the tech could have brought a couple of options with him. We will NOT use this business again.
