Even though I've only had to call a few times, I've always received same day service. Their service technicians are top notch professionals. They do not back their warranty.

They will not return your calls.

Had two faucet lines outside break. I've only been in the house for 5 months, brand new.

Lines were termo covered, and they tried to use any excuse not to fix them.

Find someone else who backs their work and has been customer service.

They are cheap and unreliable.

My shower would not stop dripping. I called Cathedral Plumbing and they came out ASAP and on time! Rusty was professional and great to work with. He fixed the problem in the less than an hour and we were good to go! Thank you so much Rusty!

We discovered the leak on a Friday. We called our regular plumber for help, but they said they couldn't come until the middle of next week! We called a few other plumbers, but everyone was too busy to help. We then contacted Cathedral Plumbing based on its rating in Angie's List, and, after hearing me explain the emergency, Brittany in the office sent someone right away to help. It was Robert, who looked at the ceiling and promptly went into action. He discovered the source of the leak -- a tiny hole in a pipe in the attic, and fixed it. He worked very hard nonstop and communicated with us about the problem and what he was doing. We were deeply grateful for the fast, excellent service, and will now send all our plumbing needs to Cathedral Plumbing.

We have used Cathedral Plumbing for various plumbing issues, including a slab leak. For those who have had the unfortunate experience know how stressful this can be. Robert came to fix the situation, and he was extremely patient, HONEST and transparent with us during the entire ordeal. He took an incredibly stressful situation and made it a positive one. He kept us informed as he was working and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable with what he was doing. My questions were always welcomed and answered by Robert and Amanda. We highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing because they genuinely care about the work they do.

Last night I found water seeping out from under the commode seal in our guest bath. Water from any unknown source is not good in a home. First thing this am (7:40am) I called the emergency number and spoke to a gentleman who said he would notify dispatch at 8:00am. Bingo! @ 8:00 am my phone rang and a friendly voice inquired as to my address and said a service gentleman was enroute and would arrive in about 45 minutes. Forty five minutes passed and a Cathedral truck pulled up at my home. A very courteous gentleman by the name of Terry Don jumped out and asked "What's the problem". I explained about the water. His reply " no problem". About an hour later the seal on the commode was replaced and he was on his way. No fuss, no muss, just good old customer service with a smile and great attitude. Thank you Cathedral and Terry Don.

They have no compassion or integrity to their customers. I was if desperate need of assistance and the would not assist. Don't use them as the service repair men are rude, and don't warranty their work after two year.

This company is trustworthy! It's hard to find plumbers you can trust. Luckily for me I found them. Robert is professional and very efficient ,the best, he was fantastic in finding the problems. I had a pipe clogged , and they resolved it.He used a camera to look inside the pipes and locate several problems, which will also be fixed within a few months.
Quality, Responsiveness, Value.
Problem fixed, tenants happy, pricing very fair for quality work. I've tried other plumbers but now I've found a "keeper".

Highly recommended. My favorite plumber (Dennis) moved here from another company and the experience has been great so far. He still has the best prices on work and he's great to work with, plus his apprentice Ashton is very friendly and professional as well. I've had Dennis for a new gas hot water heater, toilet shutoff valve and refill spigot, and exterior hose bibb, and now with Cathedral he's been back for a sewer line unclog and a shower valve replacement. Every job has been at a great price and the work quality has been top-notch. He says the Cathedral team so far has been wonderful to work with, and I can tell. Highly recommended!
