Terrible experience with them!!! The customer service lady was extremely RUDE!!! She cannot even explain how the inspection process is and just ask us to call the builder.
Before the builder sent a plumber from this company, we had the City check if the issue is from the city side. we also turn off the irrigation for at least 2 weeks to make sure water is not coming from the irrigation. Both the city and irrigation company stated that the issue is we have a small leak underground then this company had a plumber come without meeting us or asking us to not use the water while the inspection. we were at home the whole day and not seeing anyone come but the report shows they have done the inspection and it is an irrigation issue.

I would like share my experience with cathedral plumbing of Texas by saying thank you so much to Troy for coming to service my home he was very kind and patient with us and went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing needs. This company is the worst. Unfortunately they are the company that installed the plumbing in my new home. The first time I called them out because they installed my tub downspout way out of level so it leaks and the plunger doesn't work properly they refused to fix it saying my warranty was void because I changed the shower head which literally has nothing to do with their hack job installation. Also, it took them no call no showing 2 appointments before they finally came the third time. This time we got a leak and they were scheduled for an emergency to come out today between 12pm and 5pm and they again no call no show.

We moved into a new home and Cathedral did the plumbing installation. We have had issues with the master bath since day 1 and they will only come out to fix during hours when I am working. I can not turn on the master bath sinks due to toilet floods over. This has happened several times and I have called on a weekend for an emergency call. They say they try to contact us but they do not. I have sent copies of call logs to my home builder to show proof they are lying. This company only wants to work when it is convenient to them. M-F 8-5 is the same hours I work so I guess I will never get their screw up fixed by them. I will have to contact a more professional plumbing company.

The plumber from Cathedral Plumbing just came and left.  J. Shane Fulmer was the plumber who visited my townhome.  He was rude and inconsiderate throughout the whole ordeal.  When I explained to him the situation, he replied that the water drain was not to be used that way and acted like I didn't know how to properly flush the water heater.  I tried to show him the video of the leakage and he didn't even bother to look at it.  When I asked him if I'm supposed to just carry 5 gallons of vinegar while climbing down the ladder from the attic (the water heater is located in the upstairs attic) once I finish flushing, he sarcastically answers yes.  J. Shane Fulmer lacked any form of customer service and was a waste of my time.

Keep away. They don't complete the job as promised.

My hose valve was leaking. They came to fix. Not too much time after, it leaked again. They came back to fix. All of this is great until...

The plumber (Eric) says we have to change the valve. He said that it might break the valve. If so, then, we might have to break brick or work from the outside. When I inquired, He said that they will do the job including the brick and I had nothing to worry about. They will even contact the home builder or home builders they work with to get someone out to close the big hole he broke in the brick wall on the outside of the house. Knowing that, and after he called his supervisor (Denis) to get permission to have someone sent out after he breaks the wall, I approve the fix and him to break the wall provided he will fix it which he confirmed multiple time.

Eric left after he fixed the valve but not the wall. And told me the brick guy will come shortly after company arranges it. I waited for the day and no one came. I also waited the next day then I called them because I was worried because it will rain in 2 days!!

The receptionist (Chelsea) told me we don't fix walls and that I have to sort it out. I explained what happenned and they contacted Denis and Eric, who have confirmed that I was told that someone will come out to fix the brick. However, Chelsea told me "we apologize for the miscommunication, we are a plumbing company and will not do the brick wall despite plumber (eric) saying so". They would not even provide referrals from brick repair contractors and were not willing to help in any way. She just kept repeating the above quoted phrase!

Now I have a day to try and find someone before the rain comes in and dont know where to start. If i was told it was my responsibility, i would have not approved the fix until i planned for someone to take care of the brick!!

To summarize:
- they don't keep their word;
- had to come out multiple times for the same job,
- would not cooperate even if they are fault and admit it

Stay away and seek ethical plumbers. It is unfortunate that their name is Cathedral!

they would not give me an estimate over the phone for a simple toilet install ...says they have to assess the job and then give me a price once they figure out what is the problem.

these idiots know how to install a toilet and how long it will take to install it and how long to install a toilet and what it cost to install it

Brandon C Harrison you are awesome. This is my second interaction with Brandon . He is always coming into a job with a great mindset to solve the problem and very knowledgeable. I made a quick call to cathedral team, they immediately responded and Brandon came over weekend evening. (Mask, glove and hidden smile) .He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and all professional way. Sharing his insights and working it out in a short amount of time with right tools. He is very confident with his work and a great ambassador sharing good will. Appreciate cathedral and Brandon for work well done and very professional. Giving my best wishes and would recommend cathedral and specially Brandon for resolving any plumbing issues. Kudos!!!!!!

Very impressed with their service.  This is actually our second time getting their service and always exceeding our expectations.  Very friendly customer service from the moment you call and book an appointment.  The plumber is very professional and very knowledgeable of the issues we had.  Also, very efficient and thorough in carrying out their duties.  We recommend their services and will definitely hire them again!

My shower would not stop dripping. I called Cathedral Plumbing and they came out ASAP and on time! Rusty was professional and great to work with. He fixed the problem in the less than an hour and we were good to go! Thank you so much Rusty!
