Cmnt A.He used a snake to clear my drain. It became stuck and he had to open one of the pipes at a joint where he supposedly found the end of the drain snake and removed it. He seemed to take great care with cleaning up. Two weeks later I have a massive leak right at that point in the pipe. It flooded the cabinet and dripped all over my electric stove. This is in my basement kitchen and the stove has the coils so there is water all inside the stove. $1200 for the plumber to fix the pipe and I will probably have to junk the stove.
