I received a water bill that was much higher than normal. I called Helen Catania after reading several positive reviews on Yelp. She was extremely helpful in providing constructive elimination instruction, before just dispatching a plumber out to the house. After going through a few steps she sent Jason (San Ramon), the plumbing contractor, to the house early the next morning to check my plumbing system inside and out. He took excellent care of us and made the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. Our job required a ""Call before you dig"", a permit application, a mainline and valve replacement, and then a final permit inspection. Everything happened with precision. Helen is excellent at the digital aspect of work overview, billing, sending documents, including the final permit quickly. I had a warranty written right into the invoice. I was very happy and would definitely use this company again. Thank you, Helen and Jason, for a job well done.

I had a positive experience so far with this family owned company. Good communication. Plumber was on time, wore a mask and shoe covers. Did what needed to be done, and pointed out other issues to keep an eye on without pushing anything. I am using them again.

Had Jerry out a few weeks ago to look at a leak under my kitchen sink. He quickly diagnosed and gave me a reasonable quote to install a new sink and faucet to fix the issue. Jerry and his son completed the job quickly and efficiently yesterday morning and even made time to check out my water pressure concerns. Turns out the valve in my garage had been incorrectly moved by washer and dryer installers. Jerry was very honest and provided a fast solution to that problem as well. Friendly, honest guys that do professional work in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

If you need a plumber, this is Your Guy - at least to get a second opinion. I had a clogged kitchen drain as well as two toilets that had recurring needs for plunging. The kitchen drain situation came after a couple of tries with chemical decloggers. Jerry couldn't come out till a day and a half later so I had another plumber come out.

They snaked the kitchen drain and took care of that. HOWEVER, they did also make the case for power washing the plumbing from the kitchen to the main out at the street which they estimated at $750. They also said the toilets had calcification in the drainage mechanisms and recommended replacing them both for an estimate of $2,000. Since the kitchen was now functioning, I punted on spending thousands more that morning.

The next day Jerry came out and adjusted the water flow in one toilet tank so it would hold more water and thus generate more suction power. The other toilet he augered.

$125 total.

As far as the kitchen sink, I told him someone else had been out the day before and had snaked it. I asked him about the need for power washing. He said he didn't think it was necessary, but if I wanted to have it done her could refer me to someone, who charged a flat rate of $350.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. I'm the kind of guy when I want something done, I want it done yesterday. I contacted them to replace my main waterline ball valve (1/4 turn valve) as it had brokI told them I wanted it done the next day, they fit me in and gave me a quote over the phone. Next day they actually showed up ON TIME!!??? Super nice couple of guys, polite and nicely dressed, looked and acted very professional. They completed the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves and informed me about a warranty I had no idea it included!!!
If I have anything more plumbing, these guys will definitely be my first call... they should be your first call too! You won't be disappointed!

NIce lady on the phone today February 25th.... She was very informational about my situation for more than 15 minutes even knowing they would not be helping me with my current situation which needed attention ASAP.... She was even able to ask a plumber a question standing nearby who has over 20 some years of experience--that is what she told me..... If I need a plumber in the future I will give them a call---you should too!!
