Great service from the moment they answered the phone.
Set a date and time to get a "free" estimate to run a sewer line and they were on time.

The quote was very reasonable so once I gave them the ok, they came in at 8:15 in the morning like they said they would and every body got down to business.
Job was done in 2 days.

We did have a little "hiccup" but Mr Castro made it right, right away.

Over all, I am very happy and pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Plumbers arrived on time and did a standard install of a water heater. Cost was way below Mike's-who wouldn't give an estimate and charged a $35 service call. I told them thank you, but no, and called Castro's. I'll call them again!

We were very happy with the work that Castro's plumbing did for us. They answered our phone call and they were able to send out repairmen the next day. We needed work done on our dryer vent, so it wasn't an emergency. The man on the phone spoke English, however the repairmen who came to our house did not. If you don't speak Spanish, you might want to request an English speaking repairman. The workers were very conscientious and professional. The next time we need a plumber, we will call them again.

I can't stress enough how wonderful this company is. I made a late evening call and the lady that answered was courteous and professional and had a plumber take care of our problem the next day. Reasonably priced and professional. I highly recommend them. We live in an older home with lots of plumbing issues.
