Call Luis came to fix our Boiler, he charged me $950 for labor and parts he needed. Took advantage of me because I had no heat. He will not complete the job or return my money. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the job. I will be taking him to court. Stay away from Lou and his company CASTRO MECHANICAL

My central AC system stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. I called Castro & he came within the hour and diagnosed problem and gave me an estimate. He explained the problem and what he had to do to get the job done. Within a couple of hours the system was running like new. He also gave me a reasonable price. I would not call anyone for else AC or HVAC or plumbing. Great Service.

Mr. Castro came to my home to fix my AC on June21, 2022. The next day I contacted him because, I still had the problem. He was supposed to return to my home on June 29. It's July 16, and I haven't seen him yet. He has my money. My 30 day warranty is about to expire, and he's a no show. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

They over charged me and did a horrible job and it still leaking and the guy didn't come back yet to fix it and I didn't know what they're doing and they overcharge me they charge me $700 plus material plus material for the job that's supposed to cost not more then 250 don't use them they don't know what they are doing and are crooks

Total scam artist, avoid at all costs. Tried to charge me $700 just for parts to do a job and I was able to get another contractor to do it for half the cost including labor. I had given him money for his initial visit and an extra $75 towards the future repair. When I asked for my money back because I was using another company, he gave me the run around that he didn't have a way of getting the money back to me and would ""give me a call next time he was in the area."" Guys name is Luis Castro and he prowls around on websites like Angie's List calling unsuspecting victims and pretending to be a real HVAC contractor. Steer clear.

I used a service called Porch to find local services. They had these guys call me. I said I need an estimate on boiler service and he was quick to set up an appt. No mention of an estimate cost. No follow up call for days. I had an emergency Friday night and was at the hospital Saturday when he called saying he was outside my house. I explained my situation and offered to pay something for his time, thinking $60. He then tells me his truck broke down, he took public trans. Then proceeds to tell me estimate and service are $175 but I'll charge you $125. So service is only $50? Why was this not mentioned on the first call? He says it's on their website but 1- I went through Porch and he knows this because he was using it to text me and 2- after this I looked and there is no website! Then he asks what hospital I'm in! He was really going to come to the hospital to get money! I read other reviews and they scammed people out of money and broke their units. Not professional and not BBB accredited! Blessing in disguise I guess because they could've made things worse and charged me!

this guy louis is a crook he took all my freon out and told me he was pitting it in left job the air was working before he got there there was air, and when he left the air was not working. said he was doing me a favor. call another guy the next day he said there was no freon he filled it cost 300.00 more and the air is now working. do not use this guy he is a thief and a lair.

These idiots had to come out 5 times, an my refridegerator is still not fixed. They attempted to extort money out of us, and finally I was so fed up, I'm having to sue them. Only call these guys if you want to be robbed by a bunch of shady assholes

I waited for these guys for 2 days, they didn't call to tell me they would be late , when they eventually bothered to let me know they were coming 'soon', they arrived 2 hours later. The technician/owner was rude and patronising.
I will be looking for another provider next time and I will be recommending others to do so too. Why pay for poor service and wasted time.
