Our hot water heat started gushing out of the blue; called Castleworks & they had a tech come same day. Christian was courteous and after examining our heater determined it needed to be replaced. He explained our options with clarity and answered all of our questions. Once we decided, he had everything with him & got to work; he reviewed the unit with us after it was installed. My water heater has leakage and stop working, I called Castle for help.

1, They charged 3094$(material cost ~ 1100$) for water tank replacement. they claimed their job has high standard.
2, After I agreed they do the Job. They asked to sign a agreement that I acknowledge they do the job urgently and waive my right to cancel the contract.
3, Later they told me that they need turn off the main water valve on the street and any potential water pipe clog indued by water flow back and forth will be customer's responsibility as my house use galvanic water pipe, which are commonly used in old house. (I feel surprised by this statement, If they tell me this before I sign the agreement, I would not let them do this job).
4, After Job done they left. I found the PVC tube extension out side the wall block the ventilation window from the washer/dryer. I usually access to the window to clean the ventilation chamber every two years. Now I can not open that window.
5, I also found the power cable from washer/dryer unplugged without putting it back. Front yard hose was taken off from the faucet without putting it back. I have to put it back with some teflon tape to prevent leakage.
6, Last I found one of my back yard water pipe clogged, No water flow from the faucet. It happen just after this water tank replacement done. I never had this water pipe clog issue in the past 10 years. I talked to them, and they refused to fix this issue as they said it is customer's responsibility due to the galvanic metal water pipe. I feel frustrated and have to spend more money to find plumbers to fix this issue.

Our water heater broke, and CastleWorks was prompt in getting someone to our house. Luis V was thorough in explaining what the issue was, what possible options I had, and answered all my questions patiently. Replaced the part and fixed the water heater in just about an hour. Thanks Luis!
