Our water heater sprung a leak so I called a number which was posted on the water heater, and it was Castlewoks Home Services. I explained our situation and they came out first thing in the morning. I had received a couple quotes, but theirs was a little higher. However, they were willing to negotiate with me and gave me a more competitive quote. Since they were willing to lower their price, and came prepared with everything needed, I accepted their price. I'm so glad I did because Salvador did a great installation! He was, professional, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend their services.

Castleworks and Andres Zevallos came in clutch today!! Hot water tank didn't care it was a holiday weekend. Quite frankly neither Tina, Amanda, and Andres cared either as they were super happy to help on Memorial Day! Same day removal and installation with great attention to detail from Andres. we couldn't even find anyone with a 75 gallon tank in stock! Great company and happy employees make all the difference! I was connected to Castleworks (Inland Empire) for water heater repair. They contacted me in about 15mins. Got a tech out within 1hr of my call.
Mario L arrived promptly and professionally. Took a look, gave me the diagnosis and informed me of my options and costs.

My water heater went down Saturday evening. I called CastleWorks on Sunday morning, Mother's Day. My adult children and grandchildren were coming for a lamb dinner that afternoon. Austin arrived at 9:30 am and worked replacing the water heater and the horrifically rusted out pressure regulator on the city entry valve out front of the house . It took until a little after 3 to get the water back on. My Mother's Day was saved! He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. Austin significantly improved the whole setup and brought the system up to code and safety measures. I highly recommend these folks.

Do not call this company. They will come out the same day to get the $99 trip. My water heater is still in excellent condition and under manufacture warranty. All they want to do is sell you a new water heater for $3000 (cheapest).

Several weeks ago our 24 year old AC system became inoperable and we immediately started the search for a reputable HVAC company, which like anything else in the home improvement industry these days is hard to find. After paying for a questionable repair that failed the following day and receiving a suspiciously low replacement cost estimate from another company, we reached out to family (albeit belatedly) to see if they had any experience with HVAC companies. They immediately recommended Tassio / Castleworks, which we learned they'd been relying on at both their home and business properties for many years.

We were quickly connected with Avo Advedian, who spent a great deal of time on our initial phone call answering detailed questions and presenting various system options. He made himself available to come to our home a couple days later and spent several hours physically assessing our HVAC needs and educating us on various system options. He also worked to assess the issue of how to most efficiently and effectively address hot temperature regulation in our two-story addition.

Avo was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, candid, and solutions-oriented. He did not try to push a specific brand or product, but rather objectively outlined the pros and cons of different systems and designs. In fact, he dissuaded me from pursuing a more expensive multi-zone system, as it would have been unnecessary for resolving our specific temperature issue. He also recognized that our existing nine-year old ducting was adequate and did not need to be replaced. These two recommendations not only saved us considerable cost, but also reflected positively on Avo's integrity and the values of the company by way of not pushing unnecessary upgrades on their prospective customers.

Candidly, we did not do our due diligence comparing cost quotes (beyond the initial questionable estimate received through the initial botched repair), but from everything we could tell, the Tassio / Castleworks prices are reasonable -- particularly given that we went with a high-end variable speed system. While budget was an important consideration, trust and work quality were absolutely crucial for us -- especially given our desire to maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance schedule with the chosen installer. Avo established a level of trust and demonstrated a level of competency that made us feel comfortable enough to actually cancel another scheduled in-home estimate. Avo visited us on a Friday and was able to schedule the complete HVAC system replacement for the following Thursday, which we found impressive. A capable team of four arrived on Thursday morning and precisely sequenced the arrival of the crane operator. The team was courteous, professional, and completed the entire job by mid-afternoon same day -- ahead of promised schedule that had originally contemplated the possibility of briefly extending into the next day.

Following the successful installation, Avo continued to be very responsive by promptly and patiently addressing all of our follow-up questions. While we admittedly don't have the expertise to independently assess the quality of the installation, visually things appear to have been done correctly. The system has been running much quieter and more efficiently than our old single speed system, with a noticeable improvement in airflow. Based on our overall experience, I trust that we will be able to look forward to years of reliability, responsive service, quality preventive maintenance visits, and trustworthy technicians. Based on our experience, especially with Avo, we would definitely recommend this company to others.
