My water heater stopped working on Sunday so we had no hot water. First thing Monday morning, I called for service, and within one hour, Scott arrived to save the day! He determined that my twelve year old water heater was beyond repair and need to be replaced. He explained the replacement details thoroughly and waited patiently while I did some quick internet research. We discussed the various options and he gave me a good price. Since I was going out of town the next day, it was an emergency, and he was able to replace the water heater within the next 2 hours. He had the water heaters and parts on his truck, so it was seamless. Scott was extremely pleasant, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend Castleworks (previously Affordable Waterheaters) for water heater replacement or repair.

It's never fun to need have to pony up $ to keep your home systems up and running but I could tell he was a straight shooter which made me trust Castle Works. With that trust I moved forward with the installment and he expertly knocked it out in a couple of hours. All people want is to trust the people and companies we must deal with as home owners and they came through for us.

The detailed and rapid services (e.g., same-day 75 gallon hot water replacement) were exceptional. Every aspect of the replacement met new buidling code requirements. Clearly, Castleworks Home Services Company is a ""go to"" organization for excellent service pertinent to water heaters, HVAC, and plumbing.

I needed someone to replace the temperature valve (gas valve) on my Bradford White water heater. Castle Works sent out a technician by the name of Mario. I initially wanted to spell out everything that occurred but I believe the length of this would get lost in translation and not get read. I have dealt with many companies but have never dealt with a company as shady as this one. The Cliff Notes version of this story is that the tech and the supervisor were less than honest, wanting to charge me initially $660, then $600, then $460 for something that would take (Per Mario the tech) 30 minutes to do. Oh and the part to be replaced was under warranty and so it would be free from the manufacturer (I did my homework on that one).
I would be happy to communicate with anyone that would like to know the entire story but as of now just know that Castle Works seems to be out for our money and gives all of the home services industry a bad name. I will never use and/or recommend this company to anyone. If you decide to use this company please be very wary.

Castleworks was able to help us out with our water heater (sensor) issue the very same day I called. I also appreciated the updates I received to narrow down the time our technician would be showing up so I wouldn't have to block off too many hours waiting. Scott Russon did a thorough and professional job and I'd highly recommend working with CW. Hopefully I won't need to anytime soon but I'd definitely call them again should the need arise.
