This plumber was hired to do some work on a home I was purchasing as a leak was found on inspection. He came to fix the leak and we found a pool of water in the cabinet below the sink on a subsequent day. He was asked to come back....and might I add, to the tune of 200.00 and recheck his work or at least make sure there was no new leaks prior to closing. I had the misfortune of being there when he arrived back at the property to reinspect the sink. I can not tell you how hostile, aggressive, unprofessional and rude this plumber was. Jason was angry that he was being questioned and had to come back and boy, he let me know it!. He stomped, raked on the faucet in an attempt to tell me that it was not the faucet that was leaking, accused me of not even listening to him. I'm the user, not the plumber but all I knew was that I captured a plate of water under the sink after it was fixed. Apparently I should not have washed around the sink and oh yes, the vent for the dishwasher was loose allowing water to run through, and, the faucet was ""cheap."" I am not sure how this young man runs/owns a business being so angry at customers with a demeanor that is aggressive. As far as I'm concerned, he could be the best plumber in the world but has no idea how to treat a customer. He was clearly stressed and maybe needs a vacation but it wasn't like he made the trip for nothing. He billed for his trip. I'm just saying, I wonder if Justin ever heard the phrase, ""the customer is always right??? even when they're wrong?"" Don't waste your time with this angry plumber. Way short on any kind of customer service.
