I had Castle Pumping pump a septic tank that had been long buried. Javier was prompt and did it for the price agreed. I asked for a quote to expose the openings with driveable covers and to concrete to fit with existing pad. This was done promptly and professionally.

Javier and his crew went above and beyond what we were expecting for the service needed to locate, unearth, build up, cover, concrete patch and site cleanup a 40+ year old septic tank for a small church in Morgan Hill. It took approximately four days to complete the above work and Javier kept me apprised of the necessary work and costs associated every step of the way. We tried two other companies within the last five years and both were unable to accurately locate the tank. CP&P used a camera system and located the exact tank location including clean out ports buried 3 feet below a concrete walkway. They cut the concrete and dug out both ports without disturbing any other areas. Once the tank was pumped out, they inserted corrugated tubes down to the clean out ports, installed steel commercial manhole covers and patched the concrete area exacting. I can't recommend this company enough for the thorough and professional work they did and will be using them again for subsequent drain pipe repair of the line leading to the leach field. Great company and great service!

I had an emergency situation happen in the early evening hours yesterday 2/5/24, with the toilets suddenly overflowing, water backing up in the bath tubs, showers, sinks etc. I called Javier and he sent a crew out in 1 hour along with himself. They pumped my septic tank and snaked my main line at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond the call of duty after the usual working hours for most contractors and did not leave until my drainage was working properly. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve many more than that. I'll always call Castle from now on!

This is second time Javier and his team have saved the day! Only plumbers (out of 3 or 4) who could find the septic tank on our property - number one.

I was in Korea when my mom's toilets and showers started to back up on a Friday afternoon. My mom, not knowing what to do, called RotoRooter who determined it was the septic tank.

I was frantically trying to call anyone who could help my mom Friday night. No one. I found out quickly that plumbers don't do septic tanks and septic tank pumpers don't do septic tank location. We didn't know where the septic tank was and I needed to find someone to both find it and pump it. I couldn't even get a callback from any of the septic tank providers like Aaron's or Pichanga or Able. My mom would have to wait.

Saturday morning and I call frantically and found this review for Aaron's.

And he mentions Javier from Castle who found the septic tank. So I called. Javier was professional and kind. He understood my mom's predicament and even though he didn't have a crew ready, he found a way to get a team to my mom's house. They not only found the septic tank with relative ease and accuracy (there weren't random holes in the ground) but they also pumped it and got my mom's house back in working order.

They also determined that there was quite a lot of root invasion into the sewer pipe from the house to the septic tank. He helped us find a really cost efficient and non-invasive solution that met the needs of our budget and also gave us the peace of mind knowing the the problem was fixed.

I can't recommend Javier and Castle enough. Responsive, responsible, sensible and affordable.

Great find! Javier and his team are amazing. Javier responded immediately to a blocked clean out valve and then his team installed a new pipe from the house to the septic tank. They were extremely careful not to disturb the plants and bushes. Very professional, timely and reasonable. We will use Javier and Castle Pumping and Plumbing for all of our septic and plumbing needs.

Javier has worked on our septic system twice. Last year he put risers on our tank which cleared up a problem we were having. This year he cleared a clog and pumped our tank. He has been very responsive each time we have called. We gladly recommend his company.
