Ed V.Don't do it. Use another Company. CASTLE Plumbing representative Brian Alessi "" Manager"" was very unprofessional. Their equipment malfunctioned. They didn't even have a working flashlight on their truck. Needless to say they did take care of our problem and when I questioned Brian Alessi "" Manager"" about his FAILED service, he became loud and obnoxious. Again, Very Unprofessional. Brian Alessi even left his dirty gloves in our driveway...

Don B.Mr. Alessi, the owner came right over on a Saturday to fix a leaking ice maker water line that got kinked by my refrigerator. He quickly identified the issue, got the parts and repaired the water line for a reasonable price. If you have plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and do not go with these overpriced corporate operations. Mr. Alessi takes pride in his work because his name and reputation is his business. He does fast and fantastic work. You'll be glad you called him. I certainly was glad that I did.
John H.Absolute best service and dedication you can hope for! We called in the evening for an emergency clog/back up. He arrived within an hour around 7:30pm, assessed the situation and gave us a quote. What we hoped would have been a minor problem was actually a very large problem caused by roots growing into our main 60+ feet from our home. Jay's will never broke, he worked with a dedication to solve this problem and not leave without fixing it. 6 hours later, 1:30am!, he was finally able to remove an immense growth of roots. The entire time he gave off a demeanor as if he wouldn't stop until the job was done, not only that but he honored his original quote having no way of know he'd be working at it for as long and late as he was. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs and he'll be the first guy I call if we ever need it.
