I was very happy with past services from Castle Plumbing when Bill was who performed the services and repairs. Bill had always treated me fairly and was quite reasonable on cost. He was very personable and honestly helpful, even trying to help me solve problems myself by talking on the phone with me. Unfortunately, at this most recent service, Bill was not who came to the house. The employee who worked on my sink replaced parts that did not solve the problem; in fact, the leak became much worse after he was done. At that point, he attributed the leak to another part that would also have to be replaced, but he couldn't do it that day. A few days before the next appointment, I was called and quoted a total fee for the upcoming work, which was pretty steep, but I agreed to it because I asked them to get the part themselves since I did not want to shop for it. On the day of the appointment they called to say the cost would have an additional labor charge added to what they quoted me. So now what should have been a small job had turned into an expense that was at least triple what it should have been. I told them how disappointed I was and canceled the appointment. I hired a trusted handyman to finish the job within a day or two, and I am completely satisfied, and saved a bundle in the process. Unless you deal directly with Bill at Castle Plumbing, I would avoid this business.

After three terrible run-ins with other plumbers in the area, my family and I were going on week 3 without water. A friend highly recommended Castle Plumbing so I went ahead and gave them a call. They were fully booked for 4 straight days, but when they heard about how long we hadn't had water the owner moved around his schedule and squeezed us in. He repaired the leak within an hour and a reasonable price. I cannot recommend this company enough. From now on my entire family will be using this company.

We recently used castle plumbing for some grout repair on our toilet. We were happy with the job until a day later I noticed a crack at the base of the toilet. I figured it was nothing and let it go. Two weeks later, however, the crack had gotten longer. I called and same day they sent the owner to fix it. After the entire toilet was replaced I found out the crack wasn't new, but because their man hadn't noticed it during repairs they still replaced everything for free! I'm blown away by the integrity and prompt service of Castle plumbing and will be recommending them to all my friends.

Our Kitchen Sink was clogged today - - on a Sunday Afternoon. They came out and after a lot of work managed to get the line free. He did an awesome job and was pleasant throughout. This is our second time using them - they are the best we've found in Naples.
