We recently used castle plumbing for some grout repair on our toilet. We were happy with the job until a day later I noticed a crack at the base of the toilet. I figured it was nothing and let it go. Two weeks later, however, the crack had gotten longer. I called and same day they sent the owner to fix it. After the entire toilet was replaced I found out the crack wasn't new, but because their man hadn't noticed it during repairs they still replaced everything for free! I'm blown away by the integrity and prompt service of Castle plumbing and will be recommending them to all my friends.

They were fully booked for 4 straight days, but when they heard about how long we hadn't had water the owner moved around his schedule and squeezed us in.
