Castle Plumbing is amazing. Honest, ontime, reliable service. We have needed emergency service several times in our rental property and our home, as well as standard repairs. Jacob has always been able to accommodate us. Pricing has been reasonable and the work is professional. He has never tried to """"up-sell"""" or do work that was not necessary. His office manager Kari is professional and knowledgeable as well. We would not trust anyone else for our home and/or our business plumbing needs.

I hired Castle Plumbing to install a bathtub and reroute the plumbing in my shower. I had to wait a long time for the first appointment. He finally got here and rerouted the shower, but I had to wait for the bathtub installation. I thought, okay, that sounds reasonable. The next appointment was cancelled because his 'helper' was sick and he couldn't do the job alone. Okay, sounded reasonable. After a long wait, the next appointment rolled around. Jacob and his assistant came out, but didn't do any work. He said the faucet for the bathtub was not the right one. I showed him the website and he selected a different one. Waited again...the new fixture arrived, Jacob did not! Finally, months later he installed the bathtub, but the water draining from the tub backed up into the shower stall and the standing faucet wobbled when in use! I called to have him come out to fix this, his wife said they'd squeeze me in. Waited all week NOTHING! Called today, his wife said he didn't do anything with the drain while installing the tub, unbelievable! This young man has a bad attitude. He's moody and I don't really think he's up to the job. I've tried to be accommodating, but nothing has worked. Looks like he's been in business for 2 years, I'll be surprised if he lasts another year.

Excellent work with prompt service. Jacob did an excellent job for both me and several friends of mine. He is fast, efficient, and cleans the work area when he's done. I've had the luxury of calling Castle Plumbing several times since I purchased a home in Flagler Beach. After reading Margaret C.'s review almost didn't call them but had several home builders and tradesmen tell me they were the best--and I couldn't agree more. Not sure what side of the bed Margaret woke up on, but they are top notch professionals who: showed up on time, treated us with total respect, did the work in a timely manner, did what they said they'd do and then a little more . . . and provided excellent work at a reasonable price.
