Seth M.I called 10 places after hours and nobody answered or I got some kids who were trying to gouge me and not much experience, from what I could tell. Roger at Castle helped out after hours and got everything going again within an hour and didn't even wake the kids. Very knowledgeable and professional with 30-40 yrs experience.

Susan M.Roger from Castle Plumbing repaired our water heater under warranty (Rheem brand). He had the needed part Fed Exed next day and the following day he did the repair. He was professional and precise. His quote for service was appropriate and exactly what I paid. I won't hesitate to call him back.

Todd P.Called Castle to snake a plugged kitchen/laundry drain (waste water was backing up at my washer and kitchen sink). Roger didn't seem to want my business but indicated he would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. After an hour I called back and Roger indicated they were ""backed up"" on another project and were running late. No call back to let me know. I cancelled the service and will have another company do my plumbing work.
Becke P.Castle Plumbing (Rodger) came to my house, completed the work, and then handed me a bill while saying, "" It's Christmas Eve so it's an almost holiday. I have to charge you for time and a half."" Absolutely ludicrous that they did not mention this ""almost holiday"" before completing the work. I would have shut off the water and waited until after Christmas had I been given an honest estimate upfront. Unacceptable business ethic. Never again!!! Do not use Castle Plumbing. You will get blindsided on the bill!
