Sam G.Contacted the business yesterday due to an urgent plumbing issue in the early afternoon, Mario stated he could come in that same day. I had cancelled another plumber that was to come in later that evening because he gave me his word.
An hour passed and I texted him with no response and called him twice which went straight to voicemail. He never came, as he stated, nor returned my text/call. Extremely unprofessional and from first hand experience unreliable!
