Brian from Castle Master Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a problem with my fridge leaking water at the plumbing. He was in and out in 30 minutes flat which allowed me to get back to work quickly.

Scheduling was a breeze. He was over at my house in less than 24 hours. There were some reviews talking about how unpleasant his scheduler was, but it would appear that woman does not work with them anymore. I called the number on the truck (see picture) and dealt directly with Brian.

The radio, TV, and online are loaded with ads for the big home service companies. While they are probably good at what they do, they tend to be very expensive and better suited towards big home projects.

Everyone absolutely needs honest, reliable, and affordable home service options that can handle the 99% of the small to midsized problems you will have as a homeowner. For plumbing, my go-to is Castle Masters. They are easy to reach, get someone over reasonably quickly, and do very good work at a very fair price. I don't need to call around to lots of plumbers. These guys are the first and only call.

Brian, the plumber, is wonderful. He arrives on time, is positive and does excellent work. I agree, the receptionist who schedules him is brash and comes across as rude. But overall, I have been very pleased with his work on the jobs he has done for us. And he gives a discount for cash:)

Castlemaster has done great work for us at a reasonable price, but we recently canceled an appointment because the problem was unexpectedly resolved. I thought a 48 hours advance cancelation was reasonable, but the receptionist told us if we canceled, we could never use their services again. I recommend their work, but be sure to keep your appointment. I regret the loss of a fine service and wish the cancelation policy had been stated up front.

Brian of Castle Master came highly recommended, and he was superb. We've lived in our house in south Minneapolis for 38 years, and had problems with a leaky sink faucet and leaky bathtub faucet, which proved beyond my ability to figure out after watching many U-tube videos, and hours staring at the faucets trying to figure out how to get the handles off. Also, a problem with no cold water coming out of the tub spout, ouch. Brian arrived right on time (got an appointment one day after I called), sized the problem up immediately, and though the parts were unusual (19 years old), made a quick trip to the hardware store, and within an hour, fixed both problems with new parts and a smile. He's a kind, thoughtful, understated person, super-skilled at what he does, and charged far less than what I was expecting, considering the new parts and labor. End of U-tube videos for me, Brian is my guy.

Called to get kitchen faucet and toilet repair scheduled. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely horrible and rude. I decided not to hire because she was argumentative and exhibited poor customer service skills. Do not hire.

I had Castle Masters come out to take care of a toilet that started to leak through to the basement, as well as clear out my bathroom sink drain. Overall, my experience with Castle Masters was professional, friendly, very affordable, and high quality. Though they were running late that day (which they called me to let me know), they got the work done quickly - and they charged me for less time because they ran late. Incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I will certainly call Castle Masters for all our plumbing needs moving forward. Very impressed.
