definitely a waste of time and money. My friends used this company for their plumbing issues they were completely taken back by the poor level of service and now they have to pay more money to fix an issue that should have been done correctly the first time.

I would give zero stars if I could!!!!! A plumber came to my house provided a quote for service and told me to call back when I'm ready but that he would notate my account. Called back a few days later and the price quote was doubled. There was no note on my account and I asked to speak to manager and receptionist hung up on me and should be fired. I already paid 125.00 for service and they were in my house for 2seconds. Horrible customer service and overall bad business. Super unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Do not get your plumbing from here. The plumber comes to my three family home for a flood and does NOTHING but charges me $125 for the service fee of coming to my home. All the plumber did was give me a price quote for $475 for jet cleaning. I call today to get the Jet Cleaning and the Employee CONFIRMS the price quote of $475 so i tell her ok, let me call my co-owner of house to confirm she will pay half of the bill which she agrees. I call this employee again and she changes the price to $830?!?!? Are you kidding me? When I ask her to explain to me how did the price change in 5 minutes she became frustrated and hung up on me and continued to do so while laughing & refuses to let me speak to manager and owner. This company is beyond unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE! I will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau asap!!!!

Called on 4/28/12 to make an appointment for 4/29/12. Appointment confirmed.

Technician doesn't show.

I call, and I'm informed technician had family emergency. Understandable. I asked when would be the best time to reschedule. I'm told same day in the evening. Considering the technician's family emergency issue, I ask to be confirmed. Castle Hill Plumbing & Heating insists same day evening would be no problem.

Technician doesn't show again.

Yet again, I call. Same excuse, and blah blah blah. I wasted a whole day waiting for them when I could have called another service.

TERRIBLE customer service for not following up when a technician can't make it. I had to call AFTER the technician didn't show at a given window. I would not call this service again, and I will NOT recommend this service to any others.

I recently moved into an apartment in the Bronx. I was in dire need of a plumber. The pipes under the kitchen sink was leaking so we had a bucket underneath it, the toilet would not flush, and the bathtub would not drain. I asked the Super who he usually used for the building work, and he recommended Castle Hill Plumbing and Heating. I decided to give them a call. I spoke with one of the girls in the office and explained my problem to her. She had a technician out to my house within an hour of my call. They were cost efficient, very professional, and very quick. After fixing everything, he gave me a 90 day warranty!
