Castle Care Heating and Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing the plumbing in my bathroom and replacing my water heater. From the start, they were prompt, courteous, and easy to communicate with. The team quickly diagnosed the issues and explained everything clearly before getting to work. They handled the job efficiently, with attention to detail, and left everything clean and working perfectly. It's not easy finding reliable service these days, but Castle Care really impressed me--I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or heating needs. Good pricing. Very reasonable.

Dealing with this firm has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. They are utterly dishonest and incompetent. Initially, they claimed I owed an additional $175, which was supposed to be covered by my home insurance policy. After checking, they admitted it was a mistake and reduced the amount to $65. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the $65 just to get the repair done.

However, when the plumber said he needed to get his tools and would be right back, he never returned and didn't inform me he was leaving. To make matters worse, the firm falsely reported to the insurance company that I had refused service and closed the door in the plumber's face, which is a blatant lie.

This company consistently lies and cheats. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
