Castillo’s Plumbing and Rooter

Art did some work on my hot water heater and shower valves a few months back, he did good work and I was satisfied .. He was always close to an hour late of his time that he said he would be there but overall I was able to overlook this because he did good work .....In the past week I had Castillo out for simple job of replacing the flush valve , Art got in touch and said he would be out 9 am the next day.... He did not show , he called me at 1030am said he would be out at 12-1 now, he did not show...Greg contacted me around 330 and said he was on his way... Greg came looked at the job and gave me an estimate of 285 to replace the flush valves , I said great and he said he would be back at 2pm the next day...That was the last I ever heard from anybody at Castillo works plumbing , not a phone call , text or any form of communication that they would not be coming... I got in touch with Mario Ramirez of cali craftsman plumbing , who came on time and quoted me 160 dollars
cheaper on the exact same job , he did excellent work... I guess I know who lll be calling and referring on my next plumbing job ......thx Castillo for wasting two of my days waiting around for you to show up for a job..... Mark Palguta
