Was hopeful at the beginning but so many fails. Would never use this company again. Helped my niece picking out product and recommended Cambria for her counter tops, she was excited this was her first remodeling job in her new home. She purchased flooring and counter tops both a massive fail.

The island counter top was inspected by the contractor and her but they missed an imperfection on the edge. The counter was then covered and not uncovered until the work was completed. When uncovered the contractor noticed a rippling at the edge, possibly a polishing issue. Contacted the company several times with no resolution. At first I thought it might be adhesive but it is definitely a stone issue. My niece is now being ghosted by the sales rep.

Second issue were the floors. The material came in damaged and missing stair caps. After a lot of back and forth the materials were corrected with the exception of the top stair piece that has yet to be delivered.

Shotty service, horrible customer service. This was and expensive remodel and they had not problem accepting our money but don't follow through or make it right. We are going to contact Cambria directly to see if they can help. I have had Cambria for years and love the product but this supplier should not be a dealer if they cannot stand behind the product and resolve the issue.

Save your time and money find a different supplier.

Went to Castillo's 3 weeks ago to request a quote for cabinets and granite countertops. Still waiting......after multiple emails, visits and phone calls I have had no response. Don't waste your time with this place, especially if you are on a timeline with your contractor, because they will not deliver. Horrible experience, subpar customer service. Don't waste the effort on going there, because they don't spend any time on you

My daughter paid in full for her granite before the job started. They came to measure. She was scheduled to have the old granite removed on 4/12 at 1pm. My daughter was working so she arranged for someone to be there. They never showed up nor did they call. I called and was told Junie was supposed to call but that never happened. Installation was to be on 4/14 but since they never showed up to remove, it was installed on 4/16. They left after they installed it and they never caulked. They never told my daughter if and when they'd be back. I spoke to Francisco, the owner and was apologetic but seemed like he didn't care. He was full of excuses. If you like non communication and no shows, hire them. If you like a stress free job, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

I walked in at 10 am today to request a quote for 4 kitchen counter tops. The guy was on the phone said ""give me a second"" and never came back 15 minutes in until I walked to the back to remind him I was still waiting.

Once I showed him my sketch led out measurements he was lazy to measure the square footage that I needed and said he can't use this.

After coming up with the sq footage myself he gave me an outrageous quote that was double the price of other places. "" that's my price"" is all he said.

Disrespectful, unprofessional and overpriced
