Orlando Castillo's customer service is amazing! He has done work for our house and we are very pleased with every single thing he and his team have built or repaired at our home.
When the city fined us due to the condition of our garage (which was condemned) we contacted him through a referral from a good friend of my husband. He came over and gave us a very reasonable price to rebuild the garage, he helped us with all the paperwork the city required and was very helpful at informing us about what the city would and would not allow us to do to the current garage. Months later his team again helped us rebuild the deck of our backyard that had suffered water and weather damage and he gave us lots of feedback about material, prices and work that will last much longer than the former materials the deck was built with.
The latest work he did for our old beautiful home was some damage on the roof that they promptly fixed (in one day) again at a very good price.
Orlando is the most honest person we have the pleasure to hire for any work at our house and will not hesitate to refer him to friends and anyone who needs a contractor. Besides their prices are unbeatable.

Orlando Castillo, owner of Castillo's Building, has an excellent reputation among building contractors, as well as individual homeowners who have been lucky enough to hire him. I checked numerous references on Castillo's Building, and each one had great things to say about this man and his crew.

My own experience was fabulous. In escrow and discovering a substantial repair requirement before I could sell, Orlando came out immediately, uncovered enough of the damage to know what needed to be done, explained the problem and repair process, sent out both a structural and an architectural engineer in order to provide me an reasonable estimate, and did all this within two days so that he could meet my escrow timeframe. He charged me nothing for all these visits. Castillo's Building's engineers obtained the required city permit within one week -- remarkable -- and got started immediately afterward. They worked Saturdays to help me avoid penalities that would be incurred had I missed the closing date for the sale of my home.

Castillo's pricing was extremely attractive, and Orlando was willing to wait until the closing of escrow before getting paid. His team was prompt, professional, efficient, clean, and extremely competent. I am yet another huge fan of Orlando and Castillo Building for framing and structural work. They are licensed for several other types of building expertise, as well. Castillo's Building carries all required licensing, insurances, and workman's compensation.
