First let me say that the owner and technician are very polite which was a plus. I contacted them at 1830 on a Thursday evening and they came out to my house in about an hour. Within 20 minutes they determined that it was a bad blower motor which I already suspected was the issue. The repairman said he would be back first thing in the morning with a new motor. I waited for them all day Friday and finally received a text at 1530 saying they would be here by 1600. They were here for over an hour installing the blower motor and could not get it to run. They said that the controller board must have broken while they were moving it. Now the parts stores are closed and I have to wait another night without A/C. On top of that they quoted me $600 for a motor that runs about $100 and what should have been 1 hour of labor. They finally came back on Saturday afternoon at 1345, installed the board and got my A/C to run.

Our downstairs unit stopped working, it being about 15 years old. I looked on yelp and contacted 5 companies that I thought would be good based on their reviews.

Only Castillo Works Plumbing responded same day. One other responded 1 day later and the three others not at all.

We set up a time a couple of days later for the diagnostic and I was pleasantly relieved at their friendliness and professionalism.

Ely and Frank came out, diagnosed the issue and repaired it in about an hour.

Just had more work done by these guys! Once again....awesome and very reasonably priced. Ely is very nice and professional. The tankless water heater was put up by one of his guys the next day after I got my quote and he did an awesome job. Sooooooooo nice to have hot water after a week of cold showers. Thank you Ely! Ely answered my call right away. Our air conditioner broke during a heat wave and we were worried. He and Bruce were able to come out the next day and replace the AC capacitor and fuse immediately. He also gave us advice on fixing lighting fixtures ourselves and cleaning the laundry machine. He was very helpful and professional!
